I can't praise Quail Park enough for the exceptional care they provide to my grandparents. Despite this Memory Care Home being twice the distance from me as my Grandparents used to live, knowing they receive top-notch 24-hour care is worth every mile to travel for a visit. The nurses are not only professional but also genuinely friendly, sincere, and accommodating, making the visit feel like home. I've witnessed three faculty nurses all seamlessly assist my Grandparents at once with smiles and sincere attentiveness toward them. This is courtesy and service I have never seen exemplified at any other elderly care facility. The facility itself is impeccably maintained, it smells fresh and clean with amenities like a barber shop and salon, spacious dining, and comfortable visiting areas for both large and small groups. Walking into the facility feels like stepping into a haven of safety, love, and comfort, where every need is anticipated and met with care. From a happy welcoming -- with a sign-in sheet for safe monitoring of the facility and its visitors -- to the thoughtful gestures -- such as serving my grandparents' with their favorite brand of milk served specifically to them (which I was very impressed and surprised about) -- every detail reflects a profound understanding of their needs, individuality, and, most importantly, their dignity. The attention to detail and facilitation of engaging activities truly sets Quail Park apart. It's more than just a place to stay—it's a community that fosters comfort, tranquility, and well-being for its residents. A peaceful home. It can be heart-wrenching to witness the struggles of our loved ones, especially in knowing that our own efforts can only offer limited relief. However, finding solace in the exceptional care provided by Quail Park and its dedicated staff alleviates some of the burden of helplessness and offers a positive alternative to the struggles that our loved ones experience in their special-care needs. Each day, knowing that my Grandparents are in the capable hands of Quail Park brings a sense of comfort amidst the challenges that seem insurmountable and it makes me thankful that a facility such as this one exists so close to home.

The Quail Park staff are the most compassionate, caring people. They go above and beyond to care for my parents. They take the extra time to make sure their needs are met and they are comfortable and loved. I am at peace knowing they are well cared for.

If you are in need of amazing care for your loved one's, this facility is absolutely amazing , I initially went in thinking that it would smell of a rest home however was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and decor of the property, clearly attention to detail was of high priority as it is such a beautiful property and i can't speak highly enough of the staff so polite, attentive and caring. I personally cared for my elderly grandparents for a year and know first hand how draining it can be to care for dementia patients, on my visits I've observed nothing but staff that seems hand picked to deal with elderly patients that suffer from dementia , It is my opinion that any negative review given is from the standpoint of someone who clearly has zero experience in dealing with a dementia patient . I absolutely love seeing the activities and field trips they take as the residents always appear to be so happy. Great facitly that I feel we are very blessed to have !

In my entire career I have never come across such rude, inattentive, and unprofessional staff. As a medical professional myself, I seriously question the practices of this facility. I absolutely won’t be recommending this facility professionally or personally.

If I could give more than 5 stars Quail Park Memory Care Facility would receive 10++++++ from me. They are the most kind, caring, loving staff I have ever had the chance to meet! When you ask others to care for your love ones, you trust that they will love them just as much as you do. And this staff is the BEST!!! Thank you for not only treating mom (and us) like family. You protect them to provide the best staff and care for them. I can't thank you enough! Hands down the best place!!!

This is one of the most loving and professional care facilities on the planet! I never worry about how my mother is being cared for at QPMC.

My mother has been a resident for a few months. She is so happy. She is enjoying her new home.Thank you for caring for her.
