Reception staff was wonderful. Dr. Watrous was exceptionally unprofessional, rude and condescending, especially as I was there by recommendation of another physician. It's very clear why this is the only place in the area with openings for new patients.

I was referred to Dr. Watrous. From the room I was put in I knew I wasn’t going to be examined. He was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. He googled my symptoms and printed it out for me. I could have done that. He told me I didn’t belong there based from the exam he didn’t give me but I still had to pay for.

I have no problems with blood or urine labs being done. I'm used to it being a UTI or medication compliance. Taken or overtaken medication. My Breathing meds help with the pain also.

I was thrilled with my visit...His questions that are asked Prior to seeing him, I have never been asked before. He explained things very well, and listened to my concerns. We decided on a plan of attack and will move on from there. Office staff are awesome as well 😀

Had a great experience with getting the help I needed. Dr. Watrous is a kind person and I would go again to him if ever needed.

He was rude. He asked me what I wanted him to do for me. I told him I didn’t know. I was referred to him by my primary Dr. I came to him for answer since it was his specialty. I repeated 3 times my symptoms. Once to the receptionist, his nurse and then again to Dr Waltrous. I was in a lot of pain and had tested positive for lupus. He ordered blood work. Have not heard from him in over a month have called the office and all I get is a recording to leave my name and number.

First appointment did not help me at all I had blood work results with me and he ordered the exact same thing again plus a test for parvo..wth?? Went to my primary she said I didn't need those tests again .. cancelled my second appt .will never go back to see him..not helpful at all and told me I need to see a therapist 🤬
