Lady was pretty rude and would not let me speak But got the job done

To begin with, on the very day of my appointment, I was told that they could only take X-rays because the doctor was seeing too many patients. Since I had scheduled my appointment four days in advance, they had three days to call and inform me of the situation; that way, it would have been my decision whether to take the day off work or go in solely for the X-rays. The doctors attend to you but don't finish the job before moving on to the next patient, and they don't let you know whether you are all set or if there is still more work to be done. I had cavities in my molars, but they didn't fill them; instead, they just performed a cleaning—which was done very roughly. Furthermore, they did a poor job on my brother's molar, leaving him in tears all day long.

Came in today and everyone was wonderful. The front and back staff. Luz helped me get my treatment started with easy payment options. So glad I came in today!

Go somewhere else if you can. They do not have any care or value for your time. We made an appointment here 3 weeks in advance, the day before the appointment we get a confirmation call and they said we would have a 2 hour wait from our scheduled appointment time due to being short staffed. Why are you taking appointments if you can’t respect other people’s time or see people in a reasonable amount of time from when you scheduled them. Big red flag. Read the other negative reviews this isn’t an isolated incident and I should’ve read the reviews beforehand. Seems like a very sketchy business and I’m glad I cancelled. I don’t trust them with something I value for me and my kids. Our teeth are too valuable to let these people near them.

Writing this from the waiting room. They told me it’d be a one hour wait, and I’m going on two and a half hours after my appointment time and still haven’t been seen. I asked 30mins ago how much longer I’d have to wait and they said they couldn’t tell me “but I’m next though,” since then 3 other people have been called back. Edit- after 2 and half hours they called me back just to tell me that instead of the cleaning I scheduled, they’d only be doing my X-rays. This place is such a joke

From todays appointment I will not be returning very rude my appointment was at 10:00 didnt get seen till11:50 due to lunch for them approaching at 12:00 they forced my cap back in drilled till it fit dispirite the discomfort I was in i stated it didn't feel good he kept taking it lower claiming he never puts caps in like that his assistant kept complaining about her rumbling stomach an not eating for him to hurry up and finish he said what do you think I'm doing he then cemented my tooth said I was done I then walk behind him to tell him just remove my tooth it was very uncomfortable I could not bite down properly he got upset an said fine go back to the room rushing me I then pulled the tooth out an said never mind I got it he an his staff member stated wow she's a savage while walking out very unprofessional this place needs to be shut down from attitudes to ghetto remarks an pour actions I will NOT GO BACK NOR DO I RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE makes sense why the dr always jokes about crying an his staff saying he drops everything they need to BE SHUT DOWN that elder needs to retire he's not good at what he does hope they have a good lunch knowing they are pour at what they do
