The front desk staff are very nice to the patients and Dr. Luz Altaf is very professional and she knows how to treat the patient and she is very nice, too. Over all my mom and myself are very happy we came here to Western Dental.

Went in for a routine cleaning with an appointment at 12:00 PM and didn't leave until 3:00 PM--without ever receiving the cleaning. Instead, I was given X-rays and a consultation, then told I suddenly needed a "stage 3 cleaning" costing $470 (not covered by insurance), along with multiple cavities. This is surprising given that I've never had a cavity in over 20 years. The whole experience felt like a bait-and-switch: come in for a basic cleaning, leave with an expensive treatment plan. But they sure did offer there payment plan and even the credit card. I'll be getting a second opinion from another dentist and will update accordingly. Based on this experience alone, I won't be returning and would recommend others consider getting a second opinion before agreeing to costly procedures.

Made an appointment that i desperately needed, took the day off from work just to show up and have them tell me they had no one available to see me. Absolutely the worst customer service, they did not care at all.

It's ridiculous! They have calling center take the calls and schedule appointments. They schedule an appointment for my son in the Tulare location, my son and I showed up the appointment and they were closed!! I made an appointment for myself at the Visalia office off Mooney Blvd. And they call me back saying they have to reschedule my appointment due to over booking!! Get it together please

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. When I had the procedure on multiple teeth, the Dentist calmly and patiently explained everything to me as she worked on me. Everyone made me comfortable, and I felt as if important preventative measures were taken by the Dentist that will help maintain my dental health. Overall, I was pleased with both my recent visits. Thank you to all the staff.

I call for an emergency appointment, they spend much more time than it would've taken to just pull the tooth running tests, ask me nothing, forget about me and leave me in the waiting room for an hour, then send me home for 2 weeks with a tooth that's basically cracked in half. Finally the appointment to actually remove the tooth first a long wait then a dentist who doesnt speak english who sliced up my mouth much more than necessary (given how much better my next dentist was). Go literally anywhere else.
