First appointment went great, doctor prescribed me medication that got my symptoms under control and set an appointment for testing 3 weeks later. That's where the wheels came off of the cart. I check in and pay my copay, I'm administered a control test to make sure I've been off my antihistamines long enough for the test to be effective after which the will administer the testing. The nurse comes in with several trays of test media and informs me I will be responsible for out of pocket expense of over $500. REALLY??? You blindside me with an extra expense like that at the last possible second??? Absolutely horrible customer service! Needless to say I left without testing. I took a little time to cool down before sending them an email with my concerns. I was contacted by Vicky who told me the reason they did it that way was to be accurate with he patients up to the minute out of pocket expenses. Any time I would try to express my concerns or point of view she would cut me off or talk over me. When it became apparent she wasn't interested in any kind of resolution, only telling me why I was wrong I ended the conversation. Complete lack at professionalism

OVER CHARGED ME!!! Went in for an allergy test and got charged an extra $30 to do the test even though they had my medical insurance. I had to call my medical insurance just so they could appeal the charge which was credited back. Very submissive staff,especially in the front desk.
