Bradley Greider's Online Review Report Card

I like the doctors and assistants at Dr. Greider's office, but I do have a HUGE complaint. I had a severe visual haze and consulted the docs, and received nothing - not even a diagnosis and certainly no treatment. Went home and found the answer in Wikipedia: It's a symptom of pretty severe dry eye. Obviously I should have been told about that immediately, because any idiot (like me) can read it in Wiki. This means that Dr. Greider's docs know what not to tell their patients, including the MOST obvious and MOST treatable problems. There are two meds used to deal with severe dry eye, and many home remedies, like warming the eyes, using steam, but also local antibiotics because these things get bacterial infections. Lifitegrast and Restasis are the two prescription meds. OTC eye drops don't do much good. I'm trying all kinds of home remedies because we can't trust medicine these days. It is sad, and I hope somebody learns from this post. PRIMUM NON NOCERE!

I am beyond impressed by my experience at Greider & associates.i have had a lifetime of eye challenges where eye doctors love me as an experiment. From the associates during testing to Kelsi, the comprehensive ophthalmologist new how to explain, execute a proper game plan for my eyes. Where I do not feel like a test dummy. Moving forward I will always go to Grider and Associates. I look forward to resolving my eye issues as technology evolves as they are in the Forefront of options.

Just completed cataract surgery, I selected laser with better lenses. The experience was life changing! For the first time in my life, I see clearly, Dr Greider"s staff was professional and caring through the entire process! I love my new eyesight!

My Opthomologist is wonderful. My optometrist is wonderful. Ordering my new glasses wonderful. BUT, I ordered glasses on July 27. It is now August 18th. I called Monday and Tuesday and left messages. Today, I am on hold for 20 minutes and the line drops off. I call again and am told to leave a message. This is the only negative thing about Greider Eye. FOLLOW UP REVIEW; From one star, when I was angry, to 4 stars. Violet has done many things to make things right. Greider has no control over the lab that makes the lenses. I go in Tuesday for a follow up visit. Stand by for another review after my order comes in. Thank you Greider Eye.

I had a cataract surgery. Dr Krall performed the surgery and implanted a lens in my eye. The Dr. never disclosed the side effects to me. After the surgery, I started seen star bursts, and halos. I went back and told the Dr the problems, he then suggested to remove a membrane, and that may help he said. On the contrary, it made it worst. Not only I could still see the same side effects, but now I could also see spider webs. That cost me an additional $900.00 for nothing. I will never return to this place again.

I was a new patient and had a rocky start with my experience here. But when they were made aware about a mistake that was made, they really redeemed themselves and turned the situation around. Violet was amazing and is the reason that I am giving this re-review. She took charge of my situation and not only made sure I was contacted on time, she personally was my point of contact. She went above and beyond and accommodated my schedule, made sure I was well informed, and had my appointments set. She really corrected the problems. I'm happy that they reached out and corrected the issues.

PLEASE take my advice and do not go to this office for either cataract surgery or Lasik. My wife had both, because Dr. Greider put in the wrong lens during her cataract surgery, and then had Dr. Krall perform Lasik to correct the mistake which made it worse, and now cannot pass the DMV test to drive. Completely changed our lives!! Also, don't waste your money on paying for "ORA", total scam!

This is a good place to come if you need an eye exam, or if you have an eye problem that requires expert care. If it weren't for the sometimes long wait times past your scheduled appointment time, I'd have given them 5 stars. Dr. Bradley Greider was the eye surgeon who performed cataract surgery on both my eyes. Each eye was done a month apart. His staff is professional, talking me through the pre-op steps. Dr. Greider is a real pro eye surgeon, as well as Opthalmologist. He gave me in-depth knowledge of how the operation would go, and told me I'd be in a Twilight anesthesia state. The second eye surgery, he told me I was trying to close my eye lid, and told me to stop. In this state, you're able to follow commands. Surgery was painless, and my right eye had 20/20 vision after a new permanent lens was in place. My left eye did not quite reach 20/20 post cataract surgery, due to an astigmatism in that eye. My wife started experiencing multi-colored light flashes in one of her eyes. After examining my wife's eye, Dr. Greider determined she had a torn cornea, & referred her to a cornea specialist to repair the tear. Great outcome following that procedure, & she hasn't experienced any problems in that eye since. My wife & I trust our precious eyes to Greider Eye Assoc.
