Definitely better than VCC. Doctors are always friendly, sometimes the nurses look like they don't want to work with children but who knows.

I’ve brought both of my kids toDr. Colette Grant since they were born and we absolutely love her. She always listens to any of my concerns and has the child’s health as #1 priority. She also cares about the parents and making sure the mom’s (my) mental health is good too. I have messaged her many times with concerns and questions and she answers in detail, avoiding an extra/unnecessary trip to the doctor if possible. Dr. Pertl and Rosa are the BEST! They have been extremely helpful with my daughters school paperwork and they are very patient and quick to respond. Everyone that works there is knowledgeable and very nice.

Always have room to see my sick children same day,  especially with their after care hours. They are so friendly and Urgent with aid provided to us.  They make the experience pleasurable no matter what the appointment is for. The service there is empathic and important.  I'm grateful to this practice!

Got a call yesterday that Dr Pertl is going to be working part time at this office and If I wanted to be seen here since my sons appointment day landed on a day she is working at this office. I politely stated that I prefer the Oceanside location and the receptionist was so rude said “well why we are just a couple minutes down from that location” I just said again I prefer the Oceanside location so what do I need to do? She said well I am cancel your appointment and you need to call the Oceanside office. I asked her if Dr Pertl was no longer going to work at the Oceanside office and she said no not that I know of. So rude didn’t tell me correct information or offer to transfer me to the Oceanside location. Love Dr Pertl though she is amazing

Allows people to fraudulently sign your name as the guarantor and use someone else’s insurance. Does not check proper ID for payment responsibility and when notified that they were never given permission to put my name as a guarantor they disregard it and say that they will not remove it.

The slowest service ever. We had one person in front of us and it still took 45 minutes. I have come one other time and it took over an hour and there were hardly any people here. Came in at 10 and they made me late for a lunch at 12. So annoying and inconsiderate.
