I'm lucky to get ten minutes with this doctor. You're a medical record and lab report. If she sees changes in your labs she's quick to write new prescriptions. I was going through a rough patch and told her I was depressed. She asked if I wanted a prescription for anti-depressants. The absolute worst doctor. My cats had better.

I honestly think you’re confusing this doctor with someone else. NOTHING you describe in your review have I ever witnessed. I started seeing her two years ago when I needed her most. I had a stroke at my Fathers funeral and not only Dr Christine but everyone in the office was extremely helpful , compassionate , and very professional. The one time I had a small emergency at the beginning of this virus, I WAS HELPED immediately. She takes the time to talk and listen to me and explains everything thoroughly. She really takes the time to ensure I leave my visit feeling good About the consultation. I truly appreciate her and her staff. Thank you so much. I couldn’t have recovered as well as I did without you. God Bless you.

Dr. Ngyuen is friendly during clinical visit. However, she seems not care about her patients when there is need of giving response and explaination. Whenever you have a concern, she didn't try her best to support you, sometimes it is clearly reasonable if she could refer you to a specialist however she didn't do it and failed to explain.

I would also give this doctor less than a 1 star if I could too. She was horrible. I wish I would have read her reviews on google before picking her.She doesn’t listen to any concerns you have. She ignors you when you ask her to explain. She SUCKS.She Needs to retire or go back to school and learn how to be a better doctor and also how to treat patients.The office sucks too with there stupid policy about not being able to pick another doctor from the same office. I’ve never heard this kind of BS in my life. They rather lose my money than letting me try a different doctor. Idiots.Dont go here at all, choose somewhere else to go.
