He deserves no stars. Rude inattentive. He asked who I was told me to leave the room and if I was need Ed he would call for me. I told him I was her daughter and needed info. He called me in and my mom was asking a question. He told her that he question was not important. I asked a question told us he would be back shortly. 30 mins later no doctor nurse came in told us we were finished. I asked where Doctor was and she said he was not coming in. Absolutely appauling😲 How he had good reviews is beyond me.

The staff in this office is the most unprofessional and offensive I have ever encountered. I was sitting on the table wrapped in an old ripped sheet waiting for my exam listening to the staff talk trash about the test I was having done. Never been so offended.

The Doctor is okay, but some of his staff is horrendous, especially the so called manager she is rude and has no manners. When I was paying, she practically pulled my credt card off my hand and doesn't know the words sorry, please or thank you exist. I couldn't stand the way she was talking to the others girls. I think the Dr. Should rethink about getting rid of the personal that makes his name go bad.

I would NOT recommend this doctor! It's easy to get an appointment but now I know why. The doctor himself does not like to hear any suggestions or opinions u may have. The worst part is his staff! The incompetence of the people who work there I wouldn't trust to work at McDonald's! I had to come in the office 4 times & 3 calls just for them to get my phone # correct! God help you if you need a referral! Messing up 1 time would be fine but they mess it up EVERYTIME! I'm still waiting 9 months!

The office is very efficient, friendly, and confident. I'm in and out rather appointment or walkin. Ashley is truly amazing and always puts a smile on my face. The staff is great but she really stands out. Dr. Pudol is great.
