Dr.Luu is amazing and beyond accommodating I haven't had the best experiences when it comes to doctors but she makes me feel comfortable and has extraordinary bedside manner. I feel very fortunate to have her as a doctor

I just had my first appt. with Dr. Luu to establish care. She is an absolute gem, seriously! She genuinely cares, she listened to all of my concerns thoroughly, and she provided me with thoughtful feedback/tips. She is incredibly knowledgeable about insurance and went above and beyond to ensure my services are conducted in a way that allows the highest possibility of coverage. If you are looking for a PCP, and have the the opportunity to see Dr. Luu - definitely do it.

Dr Luu has been my physician for many years now. She is very competent. She is very busy because she is one of the few really good doctors, so it can be tough to get an appointment. She fixed issues I had that other doctors dismissed or misdiagnosed.

Dr Luu has been my husband and my physician for 5 years now . She is the best , most caring doctor we’ve ever had . She is thorough , timely and truly cares about her patient’s health . She takes the time to listen to any concerns and addresses them thoughtfully . The negative reviews posted seem to be a regarding Covid office policies rather than a reflection of Dr Luu and her care .

I am very disappointed in Dr. Lu and her office. Initially, we really liked her, but when my son was in a car accident and had pain, we made an appt. We were ten minutes late because I had to work in the morning and my son could only use one hand to get ready. We explained this to the front office lady. We waited 20 minutes for them to tell us they couldn't see us. I would think a doctor who actually cares about her patients would allow herself to be 10 minutes behind when her patient was in a 4 car accident recently and doesn't feel well enough to go sit in an ER for the rest of the day after wasting time coming to your office and waiting for nothing. Unprofessional and uncaring. We will be switching family care physicians. Don't waste your time coming here, there are lots of physicians in the area to choose from.

Probably the worst medical experience I have ever had. I advise to avoid at all costs. The staff and personnel at this facility are very unprofessional in my opinion.

Waste of time and very unprofessional. To avoid frustration and headache, go somewhere else. They don’t communicate with their patients and get upset when the patients don’t know what is expected of them upon arrival. This place needs major work on communication and professionalism.

Dr. Luu, is an amazing Dr. When I have concerns or questions I can comfortably call her and she listens. I just feel so lucky to have her as my primary DR. Thank you.!!!

Dr Luu is so thorough and caring. She takes lots of time, asks many questions, listens and makes great suggestions. I really appreciate a doctor like her!

If I can rate this clinic to a zero star I would. Worst experience ever. I made an appointment to get my bc and after doing it they sent me a 15pg pdf to fill out before going in. Buuut once it was my turn, Dan luau assisted me and it was the worst. She came in with sandals and horribly bad, she didn’t look professional. And she started to ask me the exact same question I already had answered. After that she looked confused and didn’t know what she was doing. Soo she sent me home without my bc and told me I’ll receive a call to see if I can get the bc. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM.... I would totally not recommend to come here and waste your money.
