I have been a patient of Dr. Hodsman for over 20 years. Friendly, efficient & true professional. I always have a great experience with the Doctor and staff. They are professional, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Hodsman; he is highly skilled and knowledgeable. Everything is done to put you at ease and provide the highest level of service. The entire office is caring and wonderful. Dr. Hodsman works with a gentle expertise along with his amazing and caring assistant (Liz). He and his team consistently deliver the service that cannot be matched! Dr. Hodsman works with me on my problems, explains alternatives, refers me to other excellent professionals when needed. All his team is great too, friendly, and professional. He is very efficient, knowledgeable, and his work is fantastic, you are in great hands. He is so kind, respectful, gentle, and genuinely cares about his patients. He sets my stress at ease just by calmly explaining the process. He's very nice and professional. I can go on and on about Dr. Hodsman... but just to close my review in few more words: He is REMARKABLE, METICULOUS, amazingly GENTLE, encouraging and understanding about my issues.

I have been a patient with Dr Hodsman for 15 years. From Cassidy Medical Group to Optimum. Dr Hodsman is a professional in taking care of his patients. He listens and cares about you. I use the Portal and send messages to (Rebecca, who is caring and remembers you and is there to help you with and questions in a timely manner.I sent a message to Rebecca on Friday and to my surprise Dr Hodsman called me on Saturday to discuss my message. You tell me how many doctors work on Saturday.....He spends extra time with you when you have questions and need advise from a specialist, he will refer you to one in a timely manner.I have never had a doctor who is compassionate, and in these times with medicine on the decline, he is the doctor to have.Cheryle Clinite

Dr. Hodsman has been our family doctor for twenty years, he was referred to us by someone who works with doctors as a profession. Without question we're glad we took the recommendation. I've had multiple health issues over 20 years, some serious, and Dr. Hodsman has been spot on with every diagnosis and ever referral he's made has been spot on. Truly one of a kind gentleman physician who takes a holistic view of the entire person into account and is very thorough. He is irreplaceable.

I have been going to Dr hodman's for years. He has a very good bedside manner, and when I have my annual checkups he always looks at it carefully and shows me stuff and I feel that he listens to me when I ask him things and he does answer me.

The best of the best. Dr. Hodsman is one of the most thorough and knowledgeable family practice physicians in North County. He's prompt, thorough and extraordinarily gifted. He knows the human body and through and through. I'm in great health but for the times I needed him, I really needed him (torn ligaments off the top of my foot, skin cancer on my face), and he was there with healing hands. Wonderful calming manner. Can't recommend him and his care enough.

Dr. Hodsman is an extreme professional. I have seen him for over twenty years. He is our family care doctor. He has treated both of my daughters and my wife with the utmost respect and professionalism.

My only regret with Dr. Hodsman is that I don't get to see him more often! I tend to only have to see him once a year for physicals, and maybe one other time for an issue (otherwise, I am seeing my specialists throughout the year). I truly look forward to my visits. He is so calm and friendly, unlike any other practioner I have had. Ever. He takes as much time as you need, never rushing, making sure to not only answer all your questions, but to explain things in detail (diagrams and all!). I don't know what I will do if he leaves or retires!

Body was breaking out in hives all over my body for 2 days and I went to see him at the urgent care and he told me to take benedryl, my hands and arms were so swollen and in so much pain. I told him I already took benedryl. He said just continue. I am the type of person that goes to the dr once every 3 yrs or so so when I go its bc I am in actual pain. So then the next day the pain was even worse so I ended up going to the emergency room. They ended up giving me a steroid and something else Bc my blood pressure was so high from the pain I was in. I was disappointed in the service I got from hugh hodsman he just brushed me off, I could have asked my mom her advice and she could have told me to take benedryl. And on top of all that the establishment he is at charged me 244$ for that, to tell me to take benedryl. Thank god for insurance I could only image for the ppl that don't have good coverage. Oh & they billed me 5 months later. Smh. The only reason I gave 2 stars was for his friendly attitude.
