I can always count on finding a quick appointment and I know that when I'm there I'm going to be well taken care of. It's always a pleasure visiting the office. Dr. Neff is an amazing primary care doctor.

I recently moved back to CA becoming a patient to the Perlman Clinic in Vista. I first saw Dr Deporto and because of my brain injuries she cared enough to refer me to Dr Neff who has become my primary. I feel going to a Dr who is also integrative I get the both of two worlds. Dr Neff not only is a very knowledgeable Doctor but most important is that she listens and she cares.

I cant say enough good things about Stephany and the office employees. I ALWAYS have an excellent visit. They are caring and make me feel important. If I have questions, even after hours, someone always gets back with me quickly. I'm so glad to have this office and its wonderful employees. Thank you all at Perlman Clinic.

I was a former patient of Dr. Newman and decided to stay when Pearlman clinic took over. Im glad I did, I feel like my provider listens and has an active role in trying to help my needs. I plan on staying as long as Dr. Neff stays around!!

I had an in-person visit with Dr. Neff as a new patient. I really had a good experience with her. She took the necessary time to get to know me, my medical background, any issues I was having... and then she talked about a lot of broad options and next steps. It was a great experience. And I saw a negative review on here about the front office... I didn't experience anything negative... only a professional and efficient front office. I highly recommend.

Best acupuncture session ever! I received the most gentle and relaxing acupuncture treatment from Dr. Neff recently. I am not a big fan of needles but Dr Neff made it a very gentle yet effective experience. She is a seasoned physician and a skilled acupuncture specialist. Highly recommend her!

I've never been to this place but Dr Neff was my kid's doctor and my doctor in Minnesota oh so many years ago. My daughter's especially loved her as did I.it was so heart breaking to lose her. We think of her often. It's nice to see that she still doing such a great job for her patients.
