Worst doctors office I have ever been to. To the point that it seems illegal. I wish I could give Dr. Falconio’s office less than 1 star, that’s how poorly they treat their patients.

office staff is horrendous. I don't know if Dr. Falconio is aware of the mistreatment her patients are enduring, but the way they interacting with her patients is unacceptable.

Best staff and Dr I've ever been to. So relaxing and comfortable office that treats you like family and has your best health interest at heart.

I have had excellant experiences at this office. We have been going for several years now and no complaints. Always answers questions and refers you to a specialist if needed. I love the laid back feeling there and makes you feel a lot more at ease. Staff is great. Doctor is very easy to contact through her portal. I highly recommend this office.

I went to this doctors office yesterday and I had mrs Sam as my doctor and I need to say this was the best doctor I have ever met in my whole life if you go to this doctors office I do recommend mrs Sam she deserves a raise and so much more then that the next time I go to that doctors office I would love to have her as my nurse again.

Dr. Linda Falconio has a Great Smile every time we Meet for a Visit! I Love that she is an avid Animal Lover! Whenever I have an Appointment remember to bring Your Insurance Card! I Like the Whole Staff! Larry is really Great! Dr. Falconio makes you feel at ease! She's easy to talk too! I always like how she ask me Questions About How I'm feeling & together she helped get my Blood Pressure down with my Medication & diet! Also the office will get you in if they have anytime available! You won't regret choosing Dr.Linda Falconio &Her Physician Assistant Johanna Morofski is WonderfulToo! Check her out!

There is no other PCP like Dr Falconio - knowledgeable, thorough, gentle delivery of bad news, patient-centered, never in a rush, and lovely office. She got my cancer stage perfectly correct without having to wait for biopsy and was unafraid to offer "tentative" results before they came. Results that took forever because the surgeon (Toosie, MD) lost my results for 9 days and I had to get them directly from the Lab who told me the sample sent was of poor quality. Yes, I went to UCSD after that. Dr Falconio's staff (dear Larry, Pam, Maryann and others) have been with her for decades. You are treated like family and the additional treat is her doggies. I always schedule on Thursdays when I know I get to see them ... they are adorable! Thank you All !

I came in for a “check up” in fall 2021… I began to have a manic episode and PTSD… Dr F sort of got mad at me for going over allowed time. She has the the clock , she is the Dr.. stop me..as I was dressing to leave I receive a call IN the exam room being told “ can you back your appointment up to 4:30 Dr F had a patient that wouldn’t stop talking “ I said that I am that patient. She said Dr F told her to make the call. I’m on different psych meds and doing way better..I fired her as my Dr..the call to me in office was humiliating and shaming…..🤬

Make sure you don't agree to a virtual appointment, I called the office since I never received a call for my appointment and had to speak to a so called Zu'e. She is extremely unethical and obviously hates her job. After her raising her voice at me for asking the spelling of her name she puts me on hold and send me off to her supervisor Larry. It's obvious Im feeling horrible, you can hear it in my voice (sore throat) and still Zu'e hates her job so much she continues to ignore me, the best thing she did was get me over to Larry. Please if you need any help from the office just ask for Larry. Hopefully Zu'e understands being a nurse at a doctors office come with helping people in need. Hopefully Zu'e gets another job which does not involve being kind to people. Good luck!!
