List of Spinezone Medical Fitness's Reviews
This place is amazing. They are very skilled at what they do. Benito is not only warm and funny he really helped my pain. These few PT appointments help fid neck pain that year of massage and chiropractor alone did not do. He educated me on whT daily activities contributed to my pain and for the first time I'm actually cognizant of it so I stop the behavior before I get to a point of needing pain meds. They email you exercises daily which helps you be accountable.
I have had to had PT several times in the past few years and I have always asked to be referred to Spine Zone. I have found their staff to be knowledgeable and patient. Their machines are very effective at working the specific muscle groups that aid in the recovery of strength and flexibility. I warmly recommend Spine Zone.
Very knowledgeable, and friendly physical therapists. The equipment is great and I noticed the muscles it was targeting were getting stronger and more flexible. I feel better every week and you get a nice burst of endorphins after your workout. I definitely recommend SpineZone and I'm going to go on the maintenance plan which includes 10 visits once a week and you can use the equipment yourself and keep targeting specific muscles with their awesome machines.
I was prescribed to go to SpineZone for PT as a result of a ruptured disc. I've been to PT for back issues many times, and I'm kind of experienced with this stuff as a client. My injury is also quite painful this time, so I really needed help.ISpineZone felt like going to McDonald's. There were limited questions to me about my condition. They started with a "1 hour consult" which lasted 20 minutes and provided no relief. This consisted of someone asking no questions, prescribing exercises that either caused me more pain or were designed for an 80 year old man. I also got a tour of the facility like I was evaluating whether to join a gym. Lastly, They agave me a book to read by the owner. It felt culty to be honest, they even refer to the owner not by name but by acronym. My doctor ended up canceling my treatment. It was a huge waste of both my time and my money reaching my deductible. It's frustrating when you're in a ton of pain, and people treat you like your problem is a recipe that they're going to follow regardless of what you tell them.
I am extremely happy with the client service and personal attention I receive at Spinezone, Vista. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. I feel I have greatly benefited from the program and will return 1x week for the remainder of my benefit. I highly recommend this particular SpineZone.
The entire team at the Vista location is just amazing. Great experience on each and every visit and their treatment plan really does work!
This is the third time in my life that I was referred to Physical Therapy. However, it is the first time that I was taught how everything is connected to the neck, spine and how nerves can get impinged causing tightness, pain and less mobility. From the first appointment that assessed my issues, provided me with home exercises to the Therapist, Rainier that works so professionally with me I was more than impressed with the whole system. The computerized exercises, ability to message online (and they get back to you quickly, too!) and figure out what is going on and where they could take me was amazing. I look forward to completing my treatment and improving my posture, reducing pain or learning how to work around it all. Also, the mindfulness sessions 2x a week is a sweet addition to the overall treatment as well as the articles emailed to me as lessons to learn . I wholeheartedly recommend this particular Spinezone.
In late Nov 2020 I started having lower back problems with symptoms running out my hip and down my leg. Nothing new...I have previously been diagnosed as having degenerative disc disease. I went to my Doc and he assumed that was what it was as did my Chiro. MRI showed nothing. I got a big shrug from both people treating me. Just take drugs and go to the Chiropractor twice a week and you will improve. By late December I could hardly stand. I called my Doc and requested physical therapy. He sent me to Spine Zone in Vista.I was evaluated by Ryan on my first visit. After 10 minutes Ryan said, "Its your SI joint". He explained it is what connects your hip bone to your spine. Not sure why my Doc and Chiropractor could not figure it out. Ryan definitely ROCKS!I spent the next seven weeks with Julie doing therapy. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. I am a 61 year old avid cyclist, hiker and gym rat. Julie pushed me hard enough to get me better but also kept in check my tendency to push too hard. I am now completely healed and have more strength in my core than before I hurt myself.Spine Zone also sets up daily notifications and exercises on their website to keep you working throughout the week.I wholeheartedly recommend Spine Zone Vista.
Julie and the Vista team are great. I'm so happy I had them to help me with my balance and spine injury issues.
I was referred to Spinezone by my Family Physician because I was suffering severe sciatica in one leg, and numbness in the other. I was evaluated, and put through a series of exercises over a 3-4 week period. On what I believe was visit 8, I was given a strength test, on their machine, under one of their PT's direction and supervision. I ended up (unknowingly) fracturing my L3 during the test. I was in extreme pain, and spent the next several days in bed, before I returned for my next appointment. They put me in a contraption they called a "Traction device" which only increased my pain. I did not return. My Dr sent me for an MRI, which clearly showed the new fracture. After a series of spinal injections failed to give me relief, and the numbness in my left leg became more pronounced, I finally had surgery. My Family Physician admitted to me that I was not her only patient who had suffered a fracture doing the cookie cutter, one size fits all program at Spinezone. My surgeon said the same, as well as the new PT that I went to after my surgery. I'm amazed that all you read on this page are 5 star reviews and will be curious if Yelp allows mine to remain.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
