The medical staff was wonderful. I came to be evaluated for a lump on my leg. PA recommended imaging. They referred me to have my imaging done in Lancaster? I've called multiple times to have the imaging approval sent elsewhere, but the referral coordinator is either out of the office before noon or on the longest vacation there has ever been.

Ew! Do not go here. The doctor whom I had was a male maybe 45-50. Keeps giggling at my answers to my concern of my health condition. Asks ME if I want him to up my dose ? Bro you're the fucking doctor figure it out. Asks me how my brothers are doing? (I have no idea who this man is confused on how he knows I have brothers) then proceeds to unprofessionally tell me "you look like a model" bro I am your PATIENT wtf????? I'm so nervous at this point and want to be done. He tells me he wants to reorder an ultrasound and BW. Great thinking I'm gonna be there awhile so they can take my blood and do the ultrasound a nurse comes in telling me "here are the places you can go for the tests" WHAT??????? You're telling me I wasted 1 hour of my fucking life for nothing. Weird ass place. Never again. Hopefully I can somehow report them to the board.

Had the best first experience with the staff at Vista Health Center Aesthetics! The check in was easy and was seen promptly. I have begun my journey with Semi-glutide and was happy with all the information that was shared. I was also able to squeeze in some Botox after the appointment. Customer service was amazing from the front desk all the way to the very end with the doctor!

Service all around is nothing but spectacular. The Office Manager stepped in and showed pure leadership and great customer service. Front desk personnel Janet made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Her coworker Lili provided help to her when she asked for it. I can tell Vista Family Health Center believes in T - T-together Everyone A - achieves M-more. The student PA Juanita showed excellent customer care. She listened to me as her patient.
