Audrey Arzamendi's Online Review Report Card

I submitted a new patient form to see Dr. Arzamendi telling her what endocrine issues I have had for over 30 years.  I got a call from her office saying that I needed a surgeon for a benign pituatary issue I have have had for over 30 years.  I wanted o see her regarding a blood test and her staff told me the doctor said, "I don' treat that"  and without speaking to me or looking at the whole picture she made a statement which makes no sense and has no relevance to my call for an appointment. Obviously, this endrocrine doctor does not look at the whole picture of her client's endrocrine issues.  I have seen endrocrinologist for over 30 years and even though she has gotten 18 favorable reviews I would be afraid to see a specialist that will not treat all endrocrine issues.

I called and left a message and also tried to set up an appointment online.  Never heard back from them.  Always disappointing when you hear such great reviews about a doctor.

After calling the office for a new patient and he spent one hour filling out their intake forms, scanning his insurance, reviewing and copying his lab tests and sending everything over, he was 'rejected' based on insufficient proximity to the doctor's office. Total lack of respect for people's time. If several doctors do this to one patient, there goes a whole day of work only on 'applications to become a patient'. Before sending anything in, ask them if they really, really want you.

Truly a professional and personable in every sense of those words. She is very open, takes the time to understand who you are and your situation, the. Offers advice and suggestions based on her knowledge and experience. First endocrinologist I have spoken to in quite some time who listens. Most will rush you off the phone to get to their next patient trying to cram in as many patients in a day to focus on quantity not quality. I think Dr.Azramendi navigates this area well and never makes you feel rushed. She tries to answer as many questions as she can and if you run out of time she offers contacting her for any other questions through her medical team. I'm glad I was able to find a great endocrinologist that is nearby, knowledgeable and knows how to treat her patients. :)

Oh Nooooo I see she moved to Walnut Creek.I used to see her in Los Gatos..she is wonderful!I'm thinking of driving to Walnut creek to see her..shes the best!

I literally drive 200 miles round trip to see her because she is the best diabetic doctor I have ever had. It's not just because she has diabetes herself but that does help her empathy, but she always has a huge smile and emanates compassion and concern.

Look no further and be happy that you have found such a wonderful, kind, competent and humble doctor.    I am an RN and have dealt with many an MD and Dr. Arzamendi is the best endocrinologist bar non.  She knows your history better than you know it yourself and answers your questions before they are even asked.  Above all, she genuinely cares about you and you feel her intense humanity.  She is one in a million and my friends I have referred her to agree.

She is the best as everyone suggested. I'm grateful to Yelp to have helped me find Dr. Arzamendi.I have to say, she is careful listens to everything you have to say and is very detail oriented. I have had all my appointments virtually with her during these covid times and she was able to help me.She recommended the labs and make appropriate changes to my meds enabling me to feel much more healthier.So glad to have such understanding doctors in our community who understand the hesitation of their patients to be in person for appointments during COVID times.

This doctor is no joke. She get the job done and then some. Dr Arzamendi CARES about her patients. She is very organized, informative and a wealth of knowledge. She stays up on all the new medications and latest health news and passes this onto her patients.

She is the best dr I've ever been to! I like that she listens and is very understanding.
