I see FNP Silberman who is reliably awesome. She is thorough and listens with curiosity and compassion. Their lateness policy is a little punitive given that they're so far out and the traffic can be unpredictable (if your one minute past their 5 or 10 minute cutoff they will cancel the appt.), but I get it and the quality of care is worth it. Overall, they are great and I wish they were closer to where I live.

They were very nice staff
Impossible to get in contact to make an appointment. Requesting appointments online get ignored, and calls are not picked up or get dropped. Left two voicemails and never got a call back.
The doctor I had was so incompetent- not only did not get the job done but also sent me to unnecessary additional check by ultra sounds. The billing department was super slow on processing refunds - said it will take them 6 weeks on issuing a check! All other doctor office I visited are issuing credit to the card that made the payment and only take a day or two weeks at most. Avoid the office at all cost.
I don’t get why they don’t answer their phone.
Vascular- Had a surgery done earlier this year and it went great. Appointments were ok.. aside from waiting 90 minutes one time in the room (to see the Dr). Otherwise, it was smooth and that's all done. That's the only reason there are any stars here. During the follow-up appointment a second and third surgery was recommend. I told the Dr. during our 1 and only conversation about it, of the complications the first time I tried the surgery, and he continued to move forward as if there was no problem. Surgeries were approved by insurance, appointments were scheduled for over a month out, I had the first preparation appointment 3 days before the first surgery. Again, I reiterated the challenge during the first attempt to the technician. I get a call an hour before the surgery from the scheduler, saying the procedure has to be cancelled because of forseen complications... (not unforseen)- the ones I mentioned 2 months ago. The ones that have been in my chart for years. The ones I mentioned 3 days ago. 1 hour before surgery!!!! I've been marked up for days. Careful with showers. Stressed. The scheduler says in her voicemail she's 'tried to contact me- she claims a call at 8, a text an hour ago, an email, another call for this VM'. No. No! That is a lie. There were no other calls or emails. There was a text at 9:45, and a call at 9:45. I checked my phone at 9:47 and vm at the same time. The only call was at 9:45. Surgery was supposed to be at 10:45. I called the dr at 9:47- the scheduler says it's cancelled because of the complications I mentioned 2 months ago! She wasn't willing to do anything about it. Do the pre-op appointments now fall on me financially? They are required for the surgery. If my insurance doesn't receive documentation that the surgery happened, will that pre-op bill come back to me to cover? The scheduler said the info is right there in my chart, they just didn't read it. She also said they wouldn't be covering any financial issues from insurance if this is scheduled later on down the road. What a bunch of crooks. I feel lead on and duped. I was honest with them. They weren't honest with me. I'm grateful it was caught before the surgery happened, but I'm upset that they didn't do their job, lead me on, waisted my time, and got my hopes up.
Worst experience with Dr Tsai bedside manners were horrendous after my surgery that did not go well January 2024 hiatal hernia repair the rest of the year I had to have dilations cost me an arm and a leg. Nobody wanted to help a year later. I’m working with Stanford. I’m back with a hiatal hernia and a lot worse issues. The worst experience I’ve ever had.
I wanna thank Dr. Moy at Bass medical Center for doing my weight loss surgery almost 2 years ago. I'm down 55 pounds. He suggested that I started meditation and exercise prior to my surgery. I'm now working out five days a week three days of Pilates one weight class and one straightening class. I love the healthy version of myself. I have more energy. I have a better outlook on life and I feel amazing. Thank you so much Dr Moy for doing my weight loss surgery successfully may God continue to bless you
1 year and 6 months after my last visit, I got a bill from this office of $2287.07. My insurance didn't cover my 2 visits-11/16/2023 for consultation and 3/2024- cortisone injection, for the reasons that the office didn't provide enough information to my insurance to approve it. Very frustrating and very disappointing as a patient. My insurance gave them until 5/16/2025 for update/provide the information needed but seems like BASS don't care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
