Wonderful doctor and I highly recommend! I can’t believe I’m his first google review. I came to Dr. Jun Kang after finding no answers to my shooting knee pain I’ve had over the past 3 years. I had tried 3 different physical therapists, took time off my activity (I’m an athlete), active release therapy, nerve injection, and an epidural and nothing was working. My mri showed nothing was wrong also. I had even tried acupuncture the year before and had no luck. I was determined not to give up and decided to give Dr. jun a try and I can say I have been shooting pain free after the first two treatments! I can’t express how happy I am. Apart from curing my shooting pain, he has a great bedside manner and cares deeply about his patients. Thank you.

Jun has saved me multiple times. I was struggling with back, knee, pelvic and neck pain- I am only 38!! After going back to work following the birth of my son and suffering a jogging injury and health scare my body was in shambles. I tried physical therapy for the ankle and separate PT for the pelvis, chiropractor and massage but was not improving. Treating each separate part of my body was not working. Jun treated my issues holistically, seeing them as interrelated. He was the first of seven doctors to diagnose and treat my sciatica. He also focused on the stress I hold in my neck that throws everything else off. After the three treatments he diagnosed, I was back to yoga and picking up my 18 month old. A few months later, my back went out, Jun stayed late to see me. I couldn't stand up straight and was in constant pain when I went in, i walked out and met my girlfriends for a drink! He told me that "yoga seems to be having great benefits, keep it up", he also advised that my joints needed rest and high heels had caused damage in my ankles. This was very simple, easy to follow advice that had HUGE benefits on my physical health. Two days ago, I hurt my back while packing up our household. I woke in the night with excruciating pain, could not sleep and was physically sick from the pain. Jun, again, fit me in and fixed the problem. He is a lovely man who is making a difference in people's lives.

My son was hurt his back by his swimming competition. He is first time for acupuncture and little nervous. Dr. Kang is very professional, knowledge and friendly. When he got treated, he felt very comfortable and relaxed. Next day, he feel much better and compete at swim meet with more confidence. Thank you Dr. Kang.

I came to see Jun when I was first diagnosed with adenomyosis which is a uteral disease that causes a lot of pelvic pain and cramps. When I first found him he didn't really advertise his practice with a "women's health" speciality but when I got there, he completely put me at ease after telling me his own personal experience with the topic. I've had bad reactions to acupuncture in the past (plus I'm terrified of needles) but he totally put me to ease. In just 3 months of weekly treatments, the pain has reduced so much and I have learned so much about my condition and just my body in general. I completely trust Jun and would highly recommend him.

Dr Kang helped me with my vertigo that I suffer from and on and off. His treatment included acupuncture, moxabustion, and herbal medicines. He was very gentle with his needle work and the moxabustion helped soothe some indigestion I was feeling at the time with the vertigo. I immediately felt better and the medicine has so far helped.

I started seeing Dr. Kang a few weeks back. I came in with a unique disease, and by my first meeting he had read up on and knew more than any non-specialist doctor I have met in the past. I've had a lot of great pain relief and am happy. I also really appreciate the time and humor Dr. Kang is able to bring to his work. He often has me laughing in between needles.

I just returned from my second appointment with Dr. Kang at California Acupuncture and Natural Medicine. Just like the last time Dr. Kang was able to pinpoint the problems I was having (without my explanation), and he was able to treat/correct them. Before I saw him, I had a very heavy shoulder and sore back; now they are almost gone - I am SO happy! Dr. Kang took his time to get to know me and my problems. He also thoroughly explained to me how he was going to treat my problems. I could just tell that he was very honest with me. His price is also very reasonable (especially for the amount of time he spends on you). I also want to mention that Dr. Kang has been trained in both U.S. and Korea and he is very skilled. I definitely recommend Dr. Kang to anyone.
