After many years of hesitation (and fear), I was finally ready to have a hair transplant. My first appointment with Dr Wasserbauer was disappointing as she told me that she would not recommend a hair transplant in my case. I am actually THANKFUL for her honesty. She could have charged me more for a hair transplant but she really showed concern about the results. Instead she recommended me a Scalp Micro Pigmentation (like small tattoos on your head). I was really reluctant but I gave it a try. Bissan is the SMP technician at the clinic. Bissan is incredible. She is nice, polite and very professional. She cares about her patients and wants to provide the best result. Bissan gave me great advices. SMP is not painful and so far I am very happy with the result. It gives the optical illusion that I have more hairs (than I really have). I am now ok to have short hairs (as I don’t look bold). I recommend cutting your hairs short before starting the process. It will help you visualize the result. The safety and cleaning protocols during COVID are great and I feel really safe in the clinic. The only negative point at the clinic is the phone communication with the office. Anne is nice but other staff members on the phone/desk are rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I was rushed or ignored at their office. I still give 5 stars but for the price, I was expecting a better customer service. A smile and friendly welcome would have been more than welcome.

Dr. Wasserbauer is meticulous, thoughtful, and flawless in execution. She did a great job, and I am very pleased with the results. Her prep, surgery, and post-op care is also first class. I cannot rave about her enough.

I called this office recently for an initial consultation and the operator kept reminding me about the cancellation fee about half a dozen times during that brief call. Her attitude was quite appalling. Here, I'm willing to pay thousands of dollars for a cosmetic procedure, but it felt they are warding of someone barging in for free service! Of course, I didn't proceed with the appointment even though the doctor appears to have solid reputation. Advise to the doctor: find a front office person who is cheerful and better trained. I'm giving 2 stars because at least there is someone picking up the phone and answered the call.

I can't begin to explain how the micro scalp tattoo improve the look of my husband. He doesn't see anymore the emptiness of hair over his head, now looks like he has a head full of hair. Highly recommended. I came in for SMP (hair tattoo) and Bissan assisted. She covered all the balding areas on my head and no longer does it look like I'm losing hair Thanks Bissan!
