Dr Kirman is truly a hidden gem in Walnut Creek. He has restored my faith in surgeons and more importantly, my self confidence. The peace of mind that comes with choosing a good surgeon is priceless, someone you know will stand by their work. There's so many variables in plastic surgery that determine whether you get the results you're looking for or not, such as skin laxity, how a stitch heals, keloids, scar tissue - to name a few- that you may not get the desired outcome one the first try. Having a doctor who you have faith in, is so important not only from a medical and health perspective, but mental as well. I had a breast reduction done previously I was unhappy with and came to him looking for a solution. His bedside manner is very calm and reassuring while being knowledgable. I'm only 2 weeks post-op and the improvement is mind-blowing. His fees are more than reasonable, Yvonne at the front office is always a delight and his office as well as surgery center he works out of are all easily accessible.

I had bilateral ruptured, 31 year old breast implants, and was experiencing symptoms consistent with BII (breast implant illness). Dr. Kirman performed an Explant with Total Capsulectomy on March 14th and I couldn't be happier with only his surgical skills and my recovery. His scheduler/office admin, Yvonne, was so helpful from start to finish, patient with my questions and concerns. Highly recommend Dr. Kirman, and his team!!

Abdominoplasty. Dr Kirman has a gentle interaction style. Staff is lively and kind. Could not have hoped for a better result! He gave me back something I lost decades ago Living that confident "Abuelita" life!

I had a breast reduction done by Dr. Kirman and I am thrilled with the results. I am 6 weeks post-op and everything looks and feels great. Dr. Kirman was warm, attentive, and highly skilled. I will say I did not get to meet Dr. Kirman at either of my pre-op appointments. The one and only time I ever met him was about 15 minutes before going under for the procedure, which did make me nervous, and then he was not present for any of my post op visits. However, I saw his surgical assistant for each appointment and she was great. I am so happy with the results though, and I guess that might be normal for a surgical practice. (?) I also want to mention that Yvonne, who manages the office/patients/everything really went above and beyond to help me throughout the entire process. She worked hard to help me figure out insurance, and each time I called the office with a question she was so helpful and kind. I truly felt taken care of in all regards and I would highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Kirman has a gentle approach. He is kind and professional. His staff, especially his P.A. Katie, and office manger Yvonne, are super personable and have great bedside manner. Dr Kirman gave me back something I lost decades ago. Here's to better health, more self confidence and being my personal best. Thank you Dr Kirman, thank you!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made a appointment with him 6 months ago to get a lump above my eye removed which he cancelled on me last minute saying he would rather do a breast surgery instead and then told me in 2 days he was going to stop taking my insurance. Made me wait 6 months for nothing while my eye got worse. I hope people find out what kind of person he is and go somewhere else instead

I saw Dr Kirman twice the day of my surgery and the last appointment. I call it a medicad job.. I feel it's because of who's paying. The day of my surgery when I was in recovery I didn't know I had lost alot of blood to the point I was passing out. I heard the nurses when I was going in and out..Dr. Kirman told them don't call him no more if she not doing any better just admit her in the hospital DON'T CALL ME NO MORE is what the nurses said The nurses didn't know what to do. They looked lost. They had fans on me cause I was sweating like waterfalls. My nurses did call but Dr. Kirman phone when to voice-mail. It hurts to know just because who paid made a difference. I went from 56H to a 54D . I might not have pain anymore, but who gave him the right to do this !!
