This place is horrible. Another health care place that offers inadequate care but receives full payment from insurance and patients. Insurance should do chargebacks.
This Place is a joke!
I had no appointment and went to the zoom waiting room and the woman who answered was super nice and genuinely seemed to care when I told her I was going to be without my maintenance meds in a few days. She really went out of her way to help get me in as soon as possible. I was able to get an appointment a few days later and a prescreen that day. The guy who called and asked me a ton of questions for survey was really polite and made the 300 questions bearable. I really had a positive experience with all staff I interacted with, thanksn
After spending months to convince a family member to seek professional help they finally agreed to see Dr. Kan. They reached out to Dr. Kan with no call back. I called Dr. Kan afterwards and receieved a call back where he told me he had not had time to call my family member back. Now I fear we have missed the opportunity to save this person. You shouldn't just ignore people who are reaching out for help.
Best, most attentive, most receptive, most accommodating medical staff! I'm blessed to have found this place. Yes, glitches and miscommunications happen with virtual programs, but I get to see doctors, therapists, counselors and case managers when I need them. They have helped me tremendously with both medical and legal issues. Dr Kan and Dr Jameson are unbelievably receptive! Lavonna and Shawn are so compassionate, Jamie and Ken are always understanding and helpful. Again, I'm blessed to have found this place. Thank you for being available, like no program was, when I needed help, I owe you guys!!
Horrible experience. If you want to go someplace where you will NEVER get your meds on time, you will NEVER have one on one sessions with a doctor unless you want it to be literally a couple minutes where they are trying to run you off the phone, you will NEVER be able to speak to someone competent regarding the front desk staff, and you will NEVER hear them apologize to you for their mistakes about forgetting to call in your prescription (even when they say they did and the pharmacy has no record of it). This is the worst "doctor's" office I have had the displeasure to be apart of. I was "kicked out" of this program and I had no idea. I didn't receive any discharge papers saying I was done or had moved on to a different place... Just all communication was cut with me. The therapist (Helena), who isn't even a doctor-just a LMFT, is making most of the medical decisions about your well-being and is literally like a puppeteer with the actual doctor I worked with. It would always be, "Oh Helena said, oh Helena doesn't want, Oh Helena..." shouldn't it be the doctor?! This place should be shut down.
Very Bad Experience send me email for proof of all contact and i dont mind provide release my personal information if it helps someone , very bad experience and can provide proof...
Dr. Kan is an addiction expert with a scientific and compassionate approach. He truly walks with his patients on the path to sobriety.
The intake therapist actually said to me that y "Christian Beliefs" would make others in the group uncomfortable and I was too "Damaged" for them to help me. I was discriminated against because I had faith that God could help me heal.
Saved my sobriety and my life

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
