Dr Lam was phenomenal! Best bedside manner I've experienced in a very long time. She took great care of my daughter and answered all questions without hesitation she showed genuine compassion and concern. She explained things in a caring manner we left feeling she had our best interest at heart. This is the type of care that is missing in my personal opinion. Too bad she's not a primary care doctor also I'd pick her in a heartbeat for my daughter.

I’ve been coming for a few years and they just don’t know what they’re doing. They don’t know how to order tests (MRI, mammograms etc) or labs and I’ve wasted so much time dealing with their ignorance. I am looking for a new Dr. don’t go here. EDIT: I can’t reply to their reply but if they really cared they would have called. This isn’t an anonymous post and if they don’t know my name, then here lies yet another problem with how they treat their patients.

Im never rushed and she makes sure to answer all my questions. Dr Kwan is patient and I never felt rushed or that my questions were annoying. She listened to all my concerns and she is knowledgeable.

The potential to need surgery is a little scary, but after meeting with Dr. Kwan, I feel very confident that I am with the right person to guide me through and perform this procedure. She was very reassuring and I have no qualms as we move forward. The entire process with her office has been positive. They contacted me right away and always responded to my inquiries with competence and caring.
