Do not go here!! I'm a doctor and cannot believe this is how they treat patients. I wouldn't write a review like this but I believe everyone deserves compassionate care and if my horrible experience can save someone else then so be it. First, I was rescheduled 3 times for a breast biopsy consult because the scheduling office can't get it together. Once because the provider decided they weren't going to take new patients, then the next provider went on leave. These are things the scheduler should know when they are making the appointment. It's been almost two months to get scheduled for an appointment for a breast BIOPSY! Second, they give me the wrong address TWICE! I leave my house to get to my appointment 30 mins early. Driving around because I can't find the building. I try to call but the office is on lunch break and no one picks up the phone. I finally find the right address and call to tell them what happened. I get there at my actual appointment time and they refuse to see me because I did not fill out paperwork beforehand and the doctor needs a full hour to see me. They never sent me out paperwork so I ask if my appointment can be shortened so I can fill it out now. They confer with the doctor and tell me emphatically No. I'm I tears at this point because I held up my end and it was there poor office management and communication skills that made me "late." I also tell them that they have patients coming to them to find out if they have cancer or not and this is cruel and unacceptable way to treat them. I never got an apology, no empathy, nothing. The manager is supposed to call me but at this point I would never go to a medical office that operates like this and I hope you don't either. I will never refer my patients here and I am letting my partners and pcp know to not refer here. I'm blown away!!
