Wonderful Dr listens to you does what u need very caring an ALWAYS ON TIME Thank u Dr
I was ok but don't like the lack of privacy with another person in the room..Dr & patient is enough I believe..
Went to this dermatologist because of a skin issue I had developed. I was on time to my appt. Dr Peterson I was told took a lunch right at the beginning of my appt. I waited on the room for an hour on a work day. I still had to go service 17 pools after the appt. I asked to not pay the visit fee because they have signage that says “if you’re late you have to pay double the co pay” so by that logic I thought I shouldn’t have to pay if dr Peterson was the one that was an hour late. Then like many other reviews . All I got was a 5 minute appt. Doc shrugged his shoulders and said “you probably have psoriasis and it’s gonna be for life” he gave me a steroid prescription and said don’t use it too much especially if you’re gonna be in the sun. I was told by front office staff and dr Peterson that I would not have to pay for my visit because of the issues caused by the dr. Then 3 months later I’m getting collections letters saying golden state derm is going to hit my credit for the price of the copay. Lying charlatans that don’t even fix the problem. You go in for a stress related skin condition. They make the stress worse by ruining your schedule and trying to hit your credit like the mafia. Evil time wasting group of medical “professionals”
Dr. Larraburre was warm, thorough, personable, and professional. I am grateful for her care, but very disappointed to hear that she is leaving the practice. I would have loved to have her as my permanent dermatologist, but the receptionist told me she was leaving and I couldn’t make my follow-up appointments with Dr. Larraburre.
This was the second time with Dr. Wang at the clinic, and I was satisfied both times.
Dr. Laura Larrabure was awesome! She made me feel so comfortable! She was quite knowledgeable and great with what I needed done. The front desk staff was fantastic, too!
Golden State Dermatology and Dr. Wang are the best. Always a thorough check each visit and great treatment as needed.
I have been coming to Golden State Dermatology for 15 years. Dr. Becker is terrific. The office staff is friendly, accommodating and puts you at ease...I would highly recommend Dr. Becker and his team in Walnut Creek.
Dr Zimmerman was attentive, personable, informative and immediately puts you at ease. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
