My review is specifically about the laser hair removal service. Olivia was my treating professional and she was extremely thorough, informative, and certainly kind. The staff in general were kind, I just have to emphasize that Olivia created an experience that was above and beyond what I have witnessed in other spas. Thank you Olivia and staff!

I highly recommend this clinic! I've had work done by both Olga and Kevin and I only have positive things to say about both of them. I saw Olga last year and was so impressed by her work, she put so much care and time into my appointment. I originally wanted to book with her again this year but couldn't find a time that aligned with our schedules so I saw Kevin instead and I was also so impressed by his work, he's newer but so knowledgeable and had great vibes! You can't go wrong with either of them :) I also found the front desk staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful.

This place is awesome. Such a welcoming vibe from the moment you walk in. I had the pleasure of getting Dysport from Kevin. He was very professional and knowledgeable in giving me an appropriate amount and not overdoing it. I will definitely be back.

I had such a great experience getting microneedling here! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel so welcomed and at ease. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and made the whole check-in process smooth. The atmosphere was clean, calming, and inviting — perfect for a self-care day. My microneedling treatment was thorough, and Kevin made sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. I left feeling refreshed and already loving the results. Highly recommend!

Absolutely do not waste your time or money here. This place is a disorganized mess with zero accountability. I experienced endless scheduling issues and miscommunications. They actually scheduled my laser appointment during someone’s lunch break—then canceled it last minute. As a result, I wasn’t able to get treatment before my wedding, which was the entire point of booking in the first place. They massively oversell their Groupons, making it nearly impossible to get an appointment. When you do manage to schedule something, expect mistakes, reschedules, and indifference. The front desk staff make it painfully clear that they do not care about you, your time, or your experience. The whole thing felt like a scammy money grab. No professionalism, no courtesy, and no results. Total waste.

This place is amazing! From the front desk check-in, you are greeted by their friendly staff. Johansè is by far the sweetest, and always has a great attitude! I've had to reschedule a few appointments and he is always eager to help me find a new time that works for me. As for my services, I've had two laser appointments, so far. My first with Olivia and my second with Olga. The room is always clean, smells fresh, new tissue on the chair, and new gown/pad near the door. My pain tolerance is pretty high so I tell them to amp up the laser. For the most part it is painless, except in some sensitive areas that are to be expected. It only lasts for less than half a second so I just remember to breathe. Also, it helps that we talk about easy digestible topics so that you don't even notice. I definitely recommend this place if you are in the area or nearby. 10/10, super professional, clean and aesthetically pleasing environment.
