Dr. Fullar is the first psychiatrist I have ever seen. I have seen several therapists over the years but avoided psychiatrists because I was under the impression that they just confirm therapists' diagnoses, prescribe medications, and don't spend much time with their clients. Dr. Fullar not only met my expectations but went above and beyond. She spent months diagnosing me and usually spent the entire 50-minute appointment time with me. I felt listened to and was able to confirm a diagnosis I didn't want to acknowledge. Combined with the research I have done and the information she has provided, I am no longer embarrassed about how my brain works. My life is much better now and I truly appreciate all the help Dr. Fullar provided.

Most doctors wanted to put me on medication for my hyperactivity but Dr. Tasleem insisted that the only way to deal with this "problem" was to find its source, not mask it. Dr. Tasleem is excellent.
