I went with my dad to the MRI room. I was there when the staff was asking him questions and I even held on to his watch and dentures. The staff even directed me to the waiting room. An hour later I had to check if my dad was done, and yes he’s been done and sent him back to his room.He needed to go to the restroom and set off an alarm. I arrived in his room and the staff told me that maybe he shouldn’t be left Alone. Seriously! Maybe if they told me at the MRI Dept that he was done I would have been there.Really dissatisfied with the MRI staff! They only have one patient per MRI and didn’t even bother to tell the receptionist that my dad was done!
Hahaha, I just spent 20 minutes on hold to schedule an appointment for an x-ray ordered by a doctor and they simply told me that we could just walk-in anytime without a reservation. Might have been a handy tip to mention in the phone hold queue preamble or in the many 'all our agents are busy...' refrains. John Muir Medical remains a very impressive medical organization.
They failed to forward mri info to our surgeon in long beach. Long beach never received a copy. $1000+. Appears haphazard.
Everyone is very nice.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
