This office is disorganized & in my opinion also took advantage of our trust by sending dad to a travel clinic (Passport Health) that charged over $500 out of pocket for vaccines & visit-even though those vaccines are offered under benefit plan Part D at Rite Aide ( & for 15% of what they charged us I might add)!!! My first red flag that this office had issues was when I called to find out the status of my dad's medical records (after he signed a release for them) and the poorly trained person indicated "I sent the fax twice requesting his records and figured I didn't need to follow up since he had only been seen by us once & I didn't know if he'd be returning!" First of all who says that & secondly unless someone is sick, an annual visit is usually only how often most people see their doctor!!! Needless to say we do not recommend Dr. Frank or this office to take care of your elder. Stay away!

My husband and I are so pleased with both Dr. Frank and his PA. They are easy to schedule. Dr, Frank never seems to be in a big hurry and answers questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. As an older couple, we have special needs and Dr. Frank helps us distinguish the issues that require medical attention or more tests from those that normally affect older age..

Loved Dr. Frank, he was so knowledgeable and experienced. Very old school too, which I liked. Wish I could still go to him but my insurance changed and I moved too far away. Definitely recommend.
