Dr. Kenneth Hsiao is the most arrogant and inconsiderate Doctor I’ve ever met. Has no patience or respect for elderly patients, talks down to them and is very dismissive. I do not recommend this doctor whatsoever!

Extremely thorough. I had been fighting an infection for two months with trips to other Urologysts and trips to the ER. Dr Hsiao nailed it. And followed up to ensure it would stay gone

I was referred to Dr. Lankford in May of 2019, Dr. Lankford is very skilled at what he does, he has shown me that he is a great listener, kind, compassionate and very professional. I knew I was in the best hands when I had to go into surgery for kidney,lymph nodes, adrenal gland removal. Dr. Lankford did an amazing job!! I give him a 100% and would recommend him to anyone needing a urologist. In my eyes he's the best! Thankful and blessed to have met such a great doctor.

This office never returns our phone calls no matter how urgent. The doctor and his assistant are pleasant, but there’s a huge gap between the front and the back office.

Dr. Hsiao is a compassionate physician who takes whatever time is necessary to explain alternative treatment and outcomes. I felt that I was well informed to make my decision to have a radical prostatectomy for localized cancer. I appreciate that Dr. Hsiao took the extra surgical time and skill to preserve nerves and minimize side effects. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as a very skilled surgeon.
