Kristina Kramer's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Kramer is one of my favorite physicians. As a pulmonologist and my asthma she is the best Specialist Ive been too in more years than I can count. I highly recommend Dr. Kristina Kramer.

Dr. Kramer was very thorough in her review examination of my medical history and immediate concerns.

DR. Kramer is excellent however I cannot say the same for her support staff. Actually they are the worst I have ever been in contact with. The following will illustrateJuly 27 appointment with Dr. K was recommended a CPAP which would be placed on order pending insurance company etc. August 21st and August 22 called both days to try and talk to a real person about the status of the order. Not possible could only leave message August 30th received cell phone call from a person who was following up on my message only to clarify that I was checking on the CPAP order. No status given. September 10 received Email from Company that dispenses CPAP machines. stating that they had received authorization approval. At no time did I ever talk to a real person or have any idea of the status of the Dr.s orders. NO problem only took 6 weeks

The Best Pulmonary Specialist in the Bay Area.

Dr Kramer is an extremely competent and professional doctor. She helped me through a rough diagnosis with care compassion and expertise and would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a GREAT pulmonary specialist.

I found Dr. Kramer to be extremely knowledgeable in her field and very thorough in diagnosing and treating my condition. I’ve come to trust her judgment and I am very confident, comfortable and pleased with the care I am receiving from her. She takes time to explain her recommendations and answers all my questions in a way that I can understand. Her assistant, Tina, has a lot on her plate, but she still gives me, and I am sure other patients as well, her full, pleasant and helpful attention.

Dr. Kramer has been my Doctor for many years. I would highly recommend her. She is such a caring and thoughtful person. Not only does she care about you medically ,she cares about you as a personally. I would trust her with my loved ones , no questions asked. And Tina is so nice and helpful too. Just a great office all around.

Dr. Kramer is the best pulmonary critical care doctor in the East Bay. There is no one comparable. I am not sure what the above persons problem is. Her office moved and Dr. Kramer sent letters to all of her patients. Perhaps Kathleen could have read her letter and made a note of it?

Dr. Kramer is an excellent physician as is her assistant Tina. Besides being a trained specialist she has great listening skills and spends time with each patient. [Its not one of those rush in for five minutes and leave the patient wondering what just happened type of medical practices]. What is also great is that besides pulmonary medicine she is also a critical care physician. In other words if you have an issue and are hospitalized she is often at the hospital in the ICU also caring for patients. What a great combination She changed offices recently so is just down the road from her old office. Other than that nothing has changed and I would recommend her to any person needing a pulmonologist and other physicians in the area seem to agree because that is how I found her several years ago.

I saw Dr. Kristina Kramer in 2013 2014 and 2015. She was a competentdoctor for my visits which were once yearly sometimes twice. The lasttime that I saw her in Sept.Oct. of 2015 she recommended a scan of mychest area which I had on101415. I called 3 times in order to reach her office personassistant Tina who was always pleasant. I told her thatDr. Kramer requested that I contact her office after the test and that ifthere was anything that I needed to talk with her about the test that I would come in for an appointment. Meanwhile I had an appointment tosee her in Sept. 2016. I heard nothing from her office and assumed allwas well. I went to my appointment in 2016. Her office was not longer there. I called a number that one of the adjoining offices gave me with her phone and new address on Lennon Lane. I called twice and left amessage requesting that her office reply to my call which they didnt.Although I wasnt worried yet I contacted John Muir Health regarding the Imaging result of the scan of my chest area from 2015 still trustingthat the result was fine as I had heard nothing from her office. The resultof the scan was not good and I should have been notified as soon as Dr.Kramer saw it..The test stated that I should consider surgical consultation. Therefore I would not recommend Dr. Kristina Kramer toanyone that I know or care for. She not only did not have the courtesy tocall and notify me that her office had been moved saving me the time of showing up for an appt. her actions regarding the very serious results ofthe tests that she ordered are inexcusable. I am still considering going to the State Medical Board as I do not want another patient of hers to gothrough the inconvenience and worry that I have. She needs to becomea better physician a more focused one and she needs to become a better person if she is to take care of the people who come to her in need of care.
