I called LaserAway just to ask about pricing, but during the call I was pressured to make a quick decision by being told the “deal” would expire within minutes. I didn’t feel comfortable, but I gave in because I felt rushed. After 2 hours of thinking, I realized I had made a mistake and immediately tried to cancel and ask for a refund. I hadn’t received any treatment at all, and I explained my situation honestly. But nobody tried to work with me. Customer service was cold, dismissive, and rushed to end the conversation. I didn’t feel heard or respected at all. It’s disappointing to be treated this way after trusting a company with such a big financial decision. No one should be pressured into making decisions they’re not ready for, and customer service should support — not dismiss — people trying to fix a mistake.

Ms. Girl- I’ve been coming here for over a year now and they constantly cancel my appointment since they don’t have enough nurses. They say they text/call you but you never receive anything. It’s happened 3 times now. Asked for a manager and they said there wasn’t one and that she would email me since they can’t give out company emails. If you want to get laser hair removal, go anywhere but here. Staff is nice but the scheduling is 🍑. Girly is fed up🙄

I am disappointed, my original appointment was for 5:30pm, my text message reminder the day before was different (5:15pm) so I arrived at that time, to find out they moved my appointment to 5:45pm without notifying me. Awaiting my appointment, another patient had a similar issue with the appointment times changing. So please be aware of this issue. The RNs (treatment team) is great here, so kudos in that regard.

Janelle is the best consultant I have had the pleasure of working with, She is so knowledgeable about all the products and makes purchasing so seamless and easy! I refer everyone to her! Additionally this place so clean and the nurses are so sweet and considerate!
