I have worked with Dr Sohoo for years now and love her. However my experience with her office was not good. I was called on the day off to say I need to pay my copay, otherwise Dr Sohoo will cancel my appointment by someone named Kelley from her office. When I said, I did not know of this and I do not have my card, she basically told me I cannot see the doc. After letting her know I need to see Dr Sohoo, she connected me to the billing office. The billing office is fantastic and helped me out immediately. I called the office to pay copay today(12/19/25), and also inquire about the medication Dr Sohoo said Kelley will send to my house when I call her( with details etc). I called 10 mins before the office closes on 12/19/2025 , and Kelley said she cannot do it because it’s close to office closing time and she has too many other things to do. Kelley said it so rudely and combatively, I actually was not surprised someone like her was in communication with patients. I live pretty far away and still come to see Dr Sohoo because she is awesome. But, with this kind of office behavior I am reconsidering if it’s worth the visits with such mistreatment by office staff( Kelley). By the way, I still have not gotten my medication and hoping someone else helps me out. 5 star for the billing office staff and Dr Sohoo herself.

Dr Soohoo is encyclopedic in her knowledge of skin conditions. Any questions or concerns you have, you’ll quickly become an expert too! However the office doesn’t seem to respect your time. My first visit, I had to sit in a cold room in naughty but paper shorts for an hour before the doctor showed up. My second visit was cancelled and I wasn’t notified. When I arrived the front desk staff gave me nothing but attitude when I said I wasn’t aware of the cancellation. Soohoo is booked out months in advance… good luck getting an appointment… and having it honored…

A bit odd, but took her time helping us and explaining everything. Prescribed all the right medications, but she made my teen daughter undress head to toe to check for skin patches and then had her sit there undressed while she typed without telling her she was done and to get dressed again.
