MIn-Wei Christine Lee's Online Review Report Card

I booked a consultation 3 weeks in advance and was called on the day of the appointment and told that they had to reschedule because a) the person who was supposed to see me was not available and b) the procedure I was interested in was no longer being offered.  I was then told that they may be able to offer a discount due to the inconvenience and that they would call me back to confirm the discount.  No one called back.

Everyone is really nice,   and knowledgeable.   I don't know how many different insurers they take,  front office is nice,  and the wait time is not long as wellm

I saw the reviews of this office and gave them a try. I saw Dr. Lee and was very impressed. She clearly explained everything to me and was the first dermatologist to ever fully explain a certain procedure to me. The staff is very friendly and my appointments have all been very pleasant. I highly recommend them.

Ok, let me start by saying "yes Doctor Lee is tough on her staff...she expects perfection and when she does not get it she very strongly lets her staff know this". So if you have issues with a Doctor being tough on her staff then do not go to this office. She cares a lot about her patients and does her best to do an excellent job helping her patients. She is very competent and knows her business. The staff is kind and caring. The PA's are skilled and enjoy their work, etc.. The office is friendly and competent. So if Doctor Lee could just relax a little with her staff then this would be a perfect office. But that is not her way or her personality. I do not know if this is how she was trained but you either accept it or if it really bothers you then find someone else.

I had visited Dr. Lee sometime back for skin rash. When the ointment I was prescribed finished, the pharmacy called Dr. Lee's office for a refill. I got a call from Dr. Lee's office to confirm the refill. I was later surprised to receive a bill for $105 for the two minute phone call. I called the office and they refused to remove the $105 charge for 2 minute call. I was never informed on the call that I would be charged for the phone call. This is most unethical.

I would like to thank Maryam Husain and Dr. Lee's excellent receptionist for taking care of my request. Maryam was off work on Friday but took the time to call in a refill on my prescription. Everyone at Dr. Lee's office does a great job, but Maryam and the receptionist {sorry I don't know her name} always treat me with the utmost care..Thank you William Ramsay

Lovely staff who are helpful, efficient and courteous. The place is well organized and things work like clockwork here. I arrive for my appointments 10-15 min early and the wait is minimal unlike at other dermatologists. On my last visit I wanted to amp up my Accutane dosage and they listened to my needs. Will continue to come back whenever my skin needs some reviving

I had a great experience with Dr. Lee and her staff. I got two moles removed from my face and neither left a scar. I followed the doctor's instructions and was expecting scarring and she did a terrific job. Dr. Lee and her staff were also very professional.

I wanted to get a mole removed from my face and contacted The Skin and Laser Treatment clinic. Scheduling the appointment was easy thanks to the helpful and courteous staff. The doctor was courteous and very competent. Now I like looking at myself in the mirror!! Thanks to everyone at Skin and Laser Treatment clinic.
