I love working for Arosa East Bay. All the employees are very nice and helpful. Also very understanding when something comes up and I can work for whatever reason. All of my clients have been great as well. Everyone is so caring. If you ever need care for your loved one I strongly recommend Arosa This is one one my clients I covered her face for privacy. I got her this dog which is a door stopper. She likes to have her bathroom door open and she was using a bag of depends. She was so happy and excited to receive this. She tells everyone about her Lil man as she calls him. 😆 They really care about their employees. My son was so excited to get his back to school basket Thank you

Dale Martin and David Green with Arosa are amazing. Two years ago my grandmother started to go through the process of needing in home care and we were referred to Arosa from a friend. David helped manage the entire process with matching us up with the perfect care giver for grandma and let me tell you grandma did not make it easy.Grandma was raised to be tough as nails and was an absolute spitfire. Which of course would cause friction with most care givers. The professionalism of the staff from Arosa is second to none. They focused only on helping my grandmother and finding ways that they could find common ground with her to gain her trust and respect. David also did a phenomenal job at not just trying one or two matches for my grandmother. He listened to our asks in what grandma was looking for in a caregiver and worked his butt off until he found the perfect caregiver that matched all of my grandmas requirements and jived with her personality.Arosa goes above and beyond in terms of quality of service and quality of care. They treated my grandma with such respect and care and I cant thank them enough for helping make such an emotional time for the entire family feel so supported and taken care of.
