Over and above! That's how I'd describe Dr. Patricia Austin's patient care. Diligent, thorough, helpful in my annual eye visits, her real mettle shone brilliantly during this COVID19 quarantine when she magnanimously came into the office just to help me with my painful eye situation. After a week of unsuccessful self-treatment, I called the office and was delighted to hear that I could come in for an appointment within 90 minutes. I really didn't expect this since the office was officially closed. What a welcome sight she was! She was compassionate and professional in diagnosing and providing treatment...as well as realistic about how long it would take for things to clear up. These are such tense times that truly reflect a person's character. Dr. Austin didn't hesitate to provide emergency care for me. That's how she approaches her whole practice. Talk about integrity!
