My mother in law is in Byron Park. She has lung cancer metastasized to the brain. Stage 4. Preferred has lied to her about family not wanting to take care of her so that they can get another client!This is disputable! And when I tried to call the supervisor/owner to get a resolve, he just told me my mother in law complains about everything and he didn't believe the situation!!!I understand, Marco, that this isn't YOUR mother, but that does NOT give you the right to be cruel to MY mother!NEVER......use Preferred care at home!!!

This place is a joke. I guess you get what you pay for. They have low rates due to the staff they have.. My grandmother is no longer a client of theirs and we rather pay more for better quality services. You never know who is in charge in the office anymore. When you ask them a question they don't seem to know the answer and need to calls us back. One of the office staff had to come in one time and she was friendly but seemed a bit off and was loud also had crazy colored hair. Hair dye gone wrong. Very unprofessional. Hopefully this review helps them get it together for the next clients before they loose more like the office girl was telling my grandmother as she was bad mouthing her co workers..

I would like to thank Preferred Care At Home, especially Danny Chu, for the compassion and understanding he took trying to help my father with in home care. Although my father was very stubborn, turning help away at every opportunity, Danny and his wonderful caregivers were patient and understanding in a very difficult situation. They perform an invaluable service helping the very elderly age in place with dignity. Thank you so much Danny, Catherine & Lauren.
