List of Rajiv K. Dixit's Reviews
It is wonderful, brilliant doctor! I have been seeing him for going on 30 years! I hope he never fully retires.
I enjoyed meeting dr. Dixit about 8 years ago but I would never go back to her. I went in because I was told by my hematologist that I probably had gout but she told me in a harsh tone that I did not have gout it was osteoarthritis and basically I had to learn to live with it. I recently saw another rheumatologist and he did blood work that she didn't do and I definitely have gout. It has now deformed several joints and I've been in horrible pain for those eight years when it could have been relieved with a pill. Now I have other complications because I went so long untreated. I really suffered horribly and almost took my life because of the pain and disability it caused. Do not trust what doctors tell you.
Do not see him waste of time and money. I have "Fibromyalgia" which dr Dixit Diagnosed me with in 2017 along with Chronic Fatigue. Couple of things I want to put out there for the time I was his patient. One day I was tested by my pain Dr for an ANA test that came back positive and Dr. Dixit blew me off like the test was not accurate and requested I take another one at that moment when I had a bunch of meds in my system that would not give a valid reading. Why couldn't he accept the fact I was ANA Positive and move forward to different tests? Then I came to him in the time I needed help didn't want to lose me job balling My eyes out asking to be put on disability because I was in to much pain and it was causing me to fail at my job and really effecting it and he turned me away no blood tests because Dr dixit said "there's no test I could do for you for Fibromyalgia." Well duh I want to be tested for other things not just Fibromyalgia. 4 years later flash forward I get a referral for a new rhumetologist for a second opinion. My regular Dr found me a rhumetologist in Rocklin. My very First day I was ordered a second AnA which I was positive on both and a lot more blood tests as well that I didn't even know about... and guess what. Tons of inflammation on top of the scale inflammation and diagnosed with Ankylosing spondylitis.. so why did I suffer for Years because a Dr didn't have any faith in me or it was all in my head or did he not care enough to do so.
Started seeing Dr Dixit in 2006. Diagnosed based on symptoms with Palindromic RA. Had me try NSAIDS for a couple months, get labs done. Meanwhile I researched, discovered the Antibiotic Protocol, decided I wanted to try that first before using the more toxic standard RA treatments. Next visit, I explained what I had learned, he said "ok, you can try it but it probably won't work. " now, 16 years later still in complete remission using AP Minocin, Dr Dixit gives me the Rx to buy it online (brand, not generic). All his other patients are taking the standard toxic RA drugs. I appreciate that he was willing to let me try it. He doesn't promote it but will allow a patient who wants to get it to try it out.
Waited 45 minutes to see the doctor to be only seen for roughly 5 minutes. Its not right that the patient needs to arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment but still has to wait over 30 minutes to see the doctor. This is frustrating. I understand that the doctor has a lot of patients and needs to see them but why does one as a patient have to spending soo much time waiting to be seen for 5 minutes only.
So its not necessarily the center I'm rating here. My dr was Dr. Raijv Dixit. He was my diagnosing Dr... I came in for help and it could have been a regular appointment but he thought I was just there to get my disability forms filled out. What he failed to realize is not only did I need that but I needed a Dr to care for me and treat me like a human being thats in a lot of pain. But instead he instantly refused to sign my papers even tho he knows the most about me... and got but hurt because I hadn't seen him in 18 months. I didn't see him for 18 months because I was working and pushing myself in pain. Needless to say he refused and walked out on me while I was crying and literally crying for help. I don't know what happened to this dr.. but that's so messed up. I will never come back you've lost me. I don't want a dr who doesn't care about my well being. Or who doesn't listen to me anymore and someone who stopped trying to help me because I had Fibromyalgia and wouldn't even do the tests I wanted! He gave up on me.
I have literally been trying to get an appointment as a referral for a year each time one of the front office staff puts me on virtual hold. Horrible practice.
I have seen Dr Dixit for over 20 years. I have always been very happy with him! He listens to me and explains everything so well. I have had to try many different approaches to my illness and he ne er gives up. In 20 years I have only had a long wait maybe 4 times. Otherwise I’m in and in about 20-25 min.
Drove from Palo Alto. Called to say I would be 10 minutes late due to traffic. Was told that they would have to reschedule. I cannot think of a single doctors office visit where I waited less than 30 min. Bad sign. Not patient-centric.
He is a good doctor. However he chooses to run his practice like a factory. I have gone four times and each time he has been at least 45 minutes late. When I complained, I was told he was always late but I’m still expected to be 15 mins early to check in, or stand the chance of losing my spot in line. I asked that my concern be brought to his attention only to be met with “ You’re welcome to go somewhere else!” No respect for their patients time. When you finally see him, you get 5 mins.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
