Annette was fabulous! Very thoughtful and thorough about giving me all the information and options available. A very clean and peaceful office with friendly front desk staff who also explained things very well. I will definitely be back. The treatment itself was relatively painless and Annette told me what she was doing every step of the way which I loved. Highly recommend

I had such a great experience at Revive! Sahar at front desk greeted me as soon as I walked in and was so welcoming and instantly made me feel comfortable. Annette was amazing! She really knew what she was doing and walked me through everything step by step, making sure I understood and felt confident before starting. I had gone to another place before for lip filler and wasn’t happy with the results, but coming here completely changed my mind. The care, attention, and professionalism at Revive were on another level.

I love the work of their Nurse Practitioner, Annette! She is very thorough and experienced. She keeps everything professional and doesn’t waste time with small talk, while still being friendly. As someone who hates small talk, I appreciate it a lot. She also takes the time to remember her patients’ preferences and tailors her care accordingly. Her exceptional work is the reason I became a member!

I reached out to Revive Med spa to book a CO2 laser resurfacing treatment on their online contact form. I was hounded for a few days via text messages and phone calls during my work hours to book a complimentary consult. I had done my research and wanted to have the CO2 laser resurfacing done. I booked with Jesus and was reassured that they had treatment. Victor and Rebecca continued to call me and text me that my booked appointment time had changed. Which is fine, but why are 3 of your team members not communicating with each other. I called back to confirm. A LOT OF CONFIRMING on your end if you choose to go with them! Once I arrived the receptionist was incredibly professional and upbeat. I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. Wait time was about 10 minutes. Strange because they ask you to come 15 minutes before your appointment. Once I was in my consult the consulter told me that the "CO2 laser treatment wasn't available in North America" and then proceeded to try to upsell me on the MOXY laser which would take 3-4 treatments. She kept repeating "3-4 Moxy treatments is equivalent to a CO2 laser treatment". I came in to get rid of ice-pick acne. I let her know that I was't interested in the laser moxy treatment and was told they had the CO2 laser treatment. She recommended micro needling. I let her know I had already had micro needling done and the other treatments and that I wanted the CO2 treatment. She talked down to me and told me, "You know you really have to be careful who does your CO2 Laser treatment and do your research". She then told me that Revive med spas did offer the treatment. I asked her which Revive med spas had the CO2 treatment and she told me their San Diego location. False advertising all around, they don't offer it. According to her CO2 laser treatment is a "One and done" treatment which is what I wanted! She told me she wanted a Nurse Practitioner to go over my medical history with me so I could be cleared for any future treatments, just not the CO2 laser one. I decided why not, I'm here anyways. The NP turned up on an iPad via zoom and didn't even bother to turn her camera on. I didn't know her credentials, or if she really was a NP. TDLR: Total waste of time. Dismissed while talking in a consult. I ended up walking out. If you want a CO2 laser treatment they don't have it here.
