I purchased corrective lenses in 2023 and called for an appointment for repairs to the nose pads and ear hinge to the frames. I spoke with Macario and he said that I could just drop in, which I did. He recognized who I was and not only fixed the hinge, but gave me two new nose pads. It was all done in about five minutes! I was in and out in ten minutes at most and I still had plenty of time to beat traffic home. Macario is a model of excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning after my next eye exam for new frames. The experience was splendid.

If there’s any issues had in this place, it’s definitely not the staff’s fault and more likely due to backorder with vendors and stuff like that because every time I’ve been here it’s been a great experience.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Site for Sore Eyes. I placed an order for prescription glasses for my son two weeks ago. They were supposed to be ready last week, but I received no update. When I called, they told me it would be ready this week, but it wasn’t. I called again, and now they say it will be ready next week. The service is incredibly unprofessional, the prices are much higher than other places, and there is a complete lack of respect for the customer’s time. I have never had such a poor experience anywhere else.

Stopped by to see if they can fix broken off nose pad on my husband Persol sunglasses and they did it in less than 5 minutes. We’ll be back for other services. Thank you!

Macario was very helpful at helping me choose my new glasses. Selection was a bit smaller then where I normally go at Kaiser but ironically I liked a handful more frames then I usually would, so the selection was great. Thanks for the help

This is the best store ever for glasses! I have been buying pairs here for a while now and the customer service is amazing. Whenever I need my glasses adjusted or repaired they are always available and do a perfect job. New glasses always ship quick as well in my experience. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Site for Sore Eyes in Walnut Creek for several years and have never had a bad experience. Rebecca is super helpful, very knowledgeable and easy going. The glasses I get there always look great and the prescription is spot on. Dr. Traci Dolezel is awesome too. Always thorough and spends the time to answer all my questions.
