I had a bleph from Dr. Lee approximately 8 years ago and it was a game changer! The bags under my eyes were removed and my upper lids looked amazing. I would not trust anyone else to touch my eyes. Highly recommend.

It's hard to believe that this medical office doesn't have more low reviews. My experience trying to get an appointment was very disappointing. My numerous calls were not answered, nor returned. I did finally get an appointment, but when I showed up at their office, I was surprised that the doctor wasn't there. So the office had a visiting PA see me and decided to treat a skin lesion with nitrous oxide, crytotherapy. My other skin concerns were not addressed. They then provided me with the bill which I paid, but when I expressed that I had expected to see Dr Lee, the office staff told me that I could get an appointment with her in about 2 1/2 months. Then I was offered a chance to speak to one of their assistants, if I waited, who would explain the various skin treatments that the clinic offers. I felt as though the staff was young and inexperienced, left to run the office on their own with little professional guidance or supervision.

Was rescheduled 6 times after I received email and text confirmations of my appointment. I decided to not waste and find another provider that has better time management regarding patient care.

I have been coming across the country to see Dr. Lee for more than 20 years, and since I have started seeing her I went from looking like I was 65 to looking like I was 25!! I started off with terrible Rosacea and sun damage and she began with Laserlite treatments which were FAR more effective at eliminating redness than any other laser treatment I had had from any other dermatologist!! The Laserlite is Dr. Lee’s proprietary laser cocktail, and her specialized combination of lasers has a synergistic effect that is exponentially effective on redness and skin damage! Over the years she has used a multitude of lasers on me and has done miraculous wonders to my skin texture, tightness and complexion! Dr. Lee is a pioneer in her field and has several dozen lasers, many of which she has helped to develop. She knows what combination of treatments will work best for each person, and since she has all of the latest lasers at her disposal, she is able to offer unparalleled treatments/results to all of her patients, whatever their skincare needs are! Dr. Lee takes as much time as she needs to get the job done correctly, and always goes above and beyond when it comes to taking care of her patients whether it be for a laser treatment or for aftercare. She is unbelievably thorough with every last detail to ensure the BEST and longest lasting results possible! I cannot recommend Dr. Lee enough!!

Dr. Lee is amazing!! I have been going to her for more than 20 years for cosmetic laser/cosmetic dermatology treatments and she has made me look DECADES younger than when I first came to see her over 20 years ago!! I originally traveled across the US to see her for her famous Laserlite facial for some terrible Rosacea I had that was getting progressively worse, and no dermatologist I had seen could help it. I found her after reading her book on Lasers and made an appointment immediately. The first few visits she completely got my Rosacea under control and after that she progressed to anti-aging laser treatments, and I have been going to see her twice a year ever since. She has literally ALL the best lasers in existence (she helped to design many of them!) and can mix multiple lasers in one treatment session to maximize effectiveness. Over the years I have had multiple Active FX/Co2 resurfacing, Thermage, Ulthera, and Laserlite treatments which Dr. Lee is able to execute at her top expert skill level and attain phenomenal results. Because Dr. Lee has dozens of the BEST and most effective lasers, she can offer incredibly effective antiaging cocktails at insanely affordable prices!! Dr. Lee is extremely thorough with every single detail of your treatment – whether it be CO2 laser treatment or aftercare. I come across the country for my treatments and know that I am in the BEST hands not only while I am in the office, but after I return home. Dr. Lee always checks on me after particularly intensive laser treatments and is completely accessible for any questions and concerns I may have for after-care, etc. She is insanely busy but somehow manages to always be there for her patients- I have NO IDEA how she does it!! I truly cannot recommend Dr. Lee enough!!

This review is for Dr. Vanessa Parvez. After dealing with various doctors for my skin condition, Vanessa was able to correctly diagnose my condition and get me quick relief. Once I was able to visit her in the office, she quickly made me feel comfortable and never diminished my feelings about my condition. I have nothing but positive words about Vanessa and my experience with her as my doctor. Every time I spoke to her, it felt as if I would talking to a friend about skin care, amongst other things. She entertained and answered every question that I had during a difficult time - and it was a long list of questions may I add. I appreciate her friendly tone and manner during every visit. She took her time and I never felt the office feeling like I didn't get what I needed from my appointment. Her knowledge on dermatology, skin care, products, and much more was evident - and if she didn't know at that moment, she would find out and let me know the next time I saw her. I feel more much confident in my skin due to her help. I couldn't speak more highly of Vanessa, and I wish her all the best on her new journey.

Megan Hardin rushes people into unnecessary surgeries... Unprofessional & terrible altogether

Update Feb 6th, 2025: Months after my original bad visit I've had another bad experience with them requesting payment multiple times from something I have already paid (and have the payment receipt for), due to "system error". Very sketchy. Unprofessional, rushed, no follow up calls, bad! Good experience initially with my original PA but when I had to come back for a checkup I saw Megan Hardin who only briefly reviewed my previous records and quickly pushed for surgery to remove some moles. I wouldn't think my original PA would have done the same course of action, as she wanted to monitor before slicing anything off. Megan's overall demeanor was very rushed and within 10-20 minutes she strongly encouraged removing 3 different moles, one of them she hadn't looked at at all. After the procedure, I was told to bandage my wounds but wasn't provided enough materials to do so. I was told I would receive a call when the results came in. 2 weeks later I had to call the office many times and no one would answer. Finally I was able to get through after days of getting the voicemail during normal business hours. I got my pathology report and it turns out the results were in a week early, but I had received no call or follow up from Megan. I only spoke with the assistant (who was very helpful) on the phone and never even spoke to a PA. Overall unprofessional and delayed getting my results back to me. I later learned my name had been misspelled, which resulted in even more delays and confusion despite providing my insurance card with the correct spelling. I am now moving to another dermatologist.

Hi, I'm Joe Kelly and I previously wrote a review, mostly praising Lauren Mullins PA, I neglected to mark the Stars, and it defaulted to two stars. I definitely think she deserves a five star rating! Sorry, Lauren, you're the best!

I've been coming here for about 4 years and there were some good and bad things. Lately they don't answer the phone. Last time I called from noon to 1:30 and no one answered. However when you arrive there are 3 people sitting at the desk so I guess they just don't like answering the phones apparently. I had a hydro facial there and it was the worst facial I've ever had. She couldn't get the machine to work right and was playing loudly rock music. I could not relax at all. I mostly just go for skin checks now and I was there yesterday with my daughter and we had no where to put our clothes so she got a little sheet and put our clothes on the floor and my purse on the floor( not very sanitary). So overall, I would prefer a higher level of professionalism, respect and cleanliness.
