I have been a patient of Dr. Feiz for almost 9 years. He has provided excellent care of my eyes including a lid infection, allergy to an eye medication prescribed at Urgent Care, discovered the macular pucker and referred me to an excellent retinologist, and performed recent cataract surgery. He opened his own office in Walnut Creek several years ago. It is modern and clean with professional and friendly staff members. He explains all things related to your eyes well, and listens and answers your questions. He is a skillful ophthalmologist and I recommend him to all my friends.

Dr.Feiz performed cataract surgery on my right eye in May. He is a wonderful surgeon and nice man. highly recommend him for people who need this surgery

He recently performed a cataract operation on me. I am very happy with the results,as my eye sight is much better since he operated on me.His office staff is cordial and polite and he is a very nice man.

I had cataract surgery with Dr. Feiz in Dec of 2017. His explanations of the options and the surgery are spot on. Surgery went well with Dr. Feiz informing me of each step. Follow up is done quickly and professionally. He takes time to inform you of the procedure and the options. His demeanor is wonderful, very capable eye surgeon!

This is the most disorganized office I’ve ever been to. The front desk has no records of the THREE separate payments I had to make so keeps billing me! Not sure whom I saw but it wasn’t Dr Feiz. This is the only Dr I’ve ever been to where a contact fitting did not include a trial lens. I was shocked that they kept adding more charges for my out of pocket. Today when I finally got ahold of Sylvia not only does she not have all patents in my file, but she was extremely rude. When I told her this was my worst eye doctor experience ever, her reply was “I doubt that” no apologies, no what can I do to fix this. If this is how they handle receipts I’d NEVER trust them with my eyesite!

My experience with Dr. Feiz and his staff was very good. As soon as I walked through the door, I was called in to start my exam. I had a very thoughow exam including pictures of my eyeballs. The prescription for eye pressure that he prescribed previously was working very well. He did a very detailed eye exam and every thing was fine. I see hime every 6 months on a regular basis and continue to see very well.
