I had to find a new Dr. and have been very happy with my 1st experience with Dr. Hoffmann. In my search, I found difficult staff at prospective offices, but everyone at Dr. Hoffmann's office has been helpful, pleasant and efficient. Dr. Hoffmann herself is calm, thorough and knowledgeable. I have confidence in her and her office.

I use Dr. Hoffman as my General Practioner and she is very attentive and thorough and has a good sense of humor and practicality. She has treated me for the last, at least, 5 years every year for my annual physical. She does not hesitate to make a necessary referal to a specialist if needed.

Dr. Hoffman is the 5th Internist I have interviewed in as many years. I find her competent, careful, thorough. She is kind and took all the time both she and I needed. I am grateful she agreed to se me as a patient.

Dr. Hoffmann is patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. I get nervous going to doctors but she always makes me feel like I'm in good hands and my problems are being heard. She is also great at monitoring whole-body health and recommending appropriate treatments based on your needs, wants, family history, and ability.

My reason for a 2-star rating is of principle. The services I received were quick and painless. However, I was not told by the staff here that they were not within my network and I'm having to pay the full amount of the services rendered.I was led to believe they were in my network by recommendation. I take full responsibility for not having all the facts, but while there I would have appreciated a heads-up from them. But from what I can tell, this office's primary concern is to make a paycheck through as many people and insurance companies as they can. I'm paying my bill and looking elsewhere.

Despite the negative comments I read about Dr Victorina Hoffmann,I still decided to see her because I don't totally believe all the negative comments. I finally found out that the bad reviews were right. She's always in a hurry,impatient, cold, that I have to race with her narrating my complaints. I need a doctor who takes time to listen and explain, and who is compassionate. Otherwise the staff are pleasant.

Dr Victorina Hoffmann is always in a hurry, impatient, cold and always so focused on her lap top that doesn't work most of the time to check on records. If you are looking for a doctor who will take time to listen and explain your concerns, then she's not the one for you. I saw her more than a couple of times despite the negative comments I read about her. My experience with her is that I always have to race with her to enumerate my health concerns. My last consultation was the last straw.
