I was referred to Dr. Nam by by regular ophthalmologist. My experience with his staff, the surgery center, and especially Dr. Nam is nothing less than outstanding. The knowledge, caring and expertise by all were a very welcome exception considering what I'm hearing from quite a number of my friends. I will admit I was nervous getting cataract surgery but I now couldn’t be happier! What a GREAT experience! Dr Nam and his entire staff are so kind, personable, knowledgeable and of course professional. I have never been able see clearly since I was a very little girl and my vision was bad. And while this might not be everyone’s experience, I now for the first time in my life, have 20/20 vision and don’t have cataracts!! If I can rate this a 10, I would - that’s how happy I am!!

The best office ever. I have had 2 surgeries done by Dr. Nam. He is an excellent provider/surgeon, makes the patient feel cared for and his number one priority. Always prompt, extremely knowledgeable, great bed side manner, personable, couldn’t say enough good things about Dr. Nam. His office staff-front desk, MA’s, office coordinator- all were so helpful, accommodating, welcoming and overall wonderful. Couldn’t recommend this office more to a family member, friend, stranger. You are in great hands.

Dr. Nam is the BEST and his staff is super helpful. I would highly recommend him. Surgery went perfectly according to his plan. He was so patient and detail oriented in answering all my questions during my post op visit. I am super satisfied.

Dr Nam and his staff were absolutely the BEST! Everything was explained to me clearly and I felt I was in good hands from the beginning. And the results are spectacular! I can see without glasses! I had to pay privately because Kaiser could not take me for cataract surgery for five months and I couldn’t see well enough to drive. But Dr Nam was very upfront’ about pricing and in the end it was well worth the cost. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Dr. Nam is the BEST! I am so happy that he was the doctor who did my cataract surgery! I chose the “basic” (Medicare approved) surgery though I considered paying the extra money for the toric (sp?) lenses because of the astigmatism I have in both eyes. My post op vision improved significantly however without doing this~ 20/20 and 20/30 (much much better than before surgery. I don’t even need my glasses anymore except for reading. Dr. Nam and his staff are so friendly and always on time for all the office visits. I felt so comfortable asking Dr Nam any question I had because he was always attentive to any concerns that I had (even questions I thought might be stupid. I’m an RN and have worked with many doctors and know when I’m lucky enough to have the best!
