He is very arrogant and doesn't listen to you at all. When you have to repeat your symptoms again because he ignored you the first and second time you mentioned them he gets frustrated with you. He got Dr Loeb's clients and is taken it for granted. Finding a new Physician immediately.

Dr Fellows is wicked smart, and was able to quickly rule out many conditions that were clouding my diagnosis after seeing several other specialists. He understand how to navigate the the administrative part of getting you the right treatment and medication. I like the fact that he gets right to the point, and is transparent in his thinking. He will take the time to explain the details if you come prepared. He was able to help me, where others were not.

I have never seen a worse doctor. I went to see him because of severe joint pain and fatigue. As soon as he walked in, he took one look at me and said very rudely, "Why are you here?" I told him that my GP referred me because they suspected RA. He said, "You are too young to have that!" He said he couldn't even access my chart and insulted my GP by basically saying that they don't know what they are talking about. He then went on to do a quick 5-minute exam where he barely looked at me and then said that he didn't think I had RA. He literally spent under 10 minutes in the room with me and sent me on my way. Well, I got a second opinion shortly after, and that doctor did a proper exam and ordered blood work showing that I indeed did have a very aggressive form of RA! I am finally now getting the proper treatment needed after 8 medications (including Embrel injections). I absolutely do not recommend Dr. Fellows to anyone! Please stay far away! Especially if you have any sort of disease

Best summed up by saying “he doesn’t know what he doesn’t know.” Wasted weeks getting to the right diagnosis. If it clearly a rheumatology issue he is fine. But if is is not …don’t let him guess.

Dr. Fellows is very knowledgeable and takes his time to explain treatment options and your condition. His bedside manner is excellent. I walked out of his office feeling reassured. I highly recommend his services!

Dr Fellows was kind and thorough for my initial work up. He took the time to listen to my history, did a physical exam and an ultrasound of my hands on the spot. He was informative and sympathetic to my fears about the disease process. He made a diagnosis and treatment plan during the first visit. I was surprised to have such success from the beginning and I highly recommend Dr Fellows.

Went to Dr. Fellows in 2018 because my primary doctor was not available. I explained I’d been having leg pain for approximately a week and a half and had several spots that were painful and red. As noted in my records, I had a previous DVT and expressed my concern that it was possibly another DVT. He was adamant that it was not and brushed me off by saying it was a Bakers Cyst. Luckily I went to urgent care later that day and was diagnosed with a DVT, several blood clots in my leg. I read his notes in my chart and he was very arrogant in his false finding of a Bakers Cyst and subsequently the diagnosis of a DVT. I would highly recommend choosing another doctor. No wonder he left Scripps shortly thereafter.

I have been suffering with a chronic illness for quite some time. I have struggled to feel listened to. Dr Fellows took his time, asked questions to try and get to the bottom of my mysterious illness. He was very thorough and really focused on questions I hadn’t thought about. I didn’t feel rushed and I felt like he heard me. Great first visit!

I found Dr. Fellows to be cold, uncaring and judgemental. Came in for annual check up (after not seeing a doctor since my last one moved his practice out of the county three years prior) and he never even asked for me to go in and get blood work. Was condensing the entire appointment and was never quite sure that he actually listened to a word I said. As if my existence annoyed him. Maybe he was having a bad day. Ended up going to a different doctor two weeks later.
