Zuzana UHRIN Foster's Online Review Report Card

I called yesterday at 2:15pm telling them I have COVID and need to know the protocols or recommendations. There isn't a whole lot of information available regarding immunocompromised individuals having covid. I was told I would get a call back. Didn't take down my number but asked what my symptoms were and when they started which was yesterday after they closed.Surprisingly got a voice mail early Saturday morning with some information on what to do and who to call should I need to speak to the on call doctor.

She has been my rheumatologist for over 5 years and has never been on time for any appointments regardless of being in person, video or on the phone. Typically 15+ mins late. I don't understand how at this point she hasn't just spaced appointments further so this isn't a problem. Her current assistant never calls me back when I leave a message and has forgotten to submit my prescription refills. The last straw is having me go get my blood drawn to find out they never received the standing order. So I wasted over an hour of time at quest for nothing. Then her office was supposed to call me to let me know when it had been sent. They never did and I had to call. Unacceptable.

Outstanding rheumatologis. I made a yelp account so I could write this review. Dr. Foster is that good!

Dr. FOSTER is extraordinary! We have very complicated health issues and sensitivity to medications and she is the most patient, thoughtful, kind, competent doctor I have ever met. She has excellent diagnosis skills, she is observant and she is very knowledgeable. She really cares for her patients and even calls you personally on the phone to solve any problems. She is always reachable and treats us with respect and kindness, taking our concerns seriously.The staff in her office, from front desk to medical assistants are incredible, they consistently deliver care above and beyond and actually treat you kindly. Dr. FOSTER treats us with a big heart and she is always on top of her medical knowledge, has excellent instinct for complications and listens with compassion. I wish there were more doctors like her!

Dr. Uhrin-Foster is the best doctor to have for chronic conditions. She is empathic, friendly and she will lite up the room as she really listens to what has been going on. She understands what her patients are going through and she will run tests or order x-rays to make sure she has done everything to help us. I've been seeing her for almost 20 years. It's a pleasure to see her every two months. Dr. Foster sees my treatment as a partnership between us. There was one appointment where she was running late. Dr. Foster does everything she can to squeeze in patients that need urgent shots or medication. Most of the time she is on-time, but this one time she was very late. All of us patients in the waiting room starting talking to each another. The bottom line, all of us agreed, that she was worth the wait. We all agreed, she is the best doctor.

Such an absolute god-send of a doctor. My greatest advocate and someone who truly listens to her patients. Kind, warm, she will really take the time to sit and talk thinks out with you and make many suggestions for different avenues of care, depending on your circumstances. I have Me/CFS and it can be very hard to get this treated (let alone diagnosed) but she has been able to direct me to exactly the right places to get help AND she still takes good care of me in office for my stiff neck and exhaustion. I couldn't recommend her any higher!!!

Dr. Foster is truly amazing. She listens, has a great bedside manner, and I believe she really does care about my health and improvement, which is SO RARE for doctors these days. I'm glad that she is my doctor and I believe she is highly competent. Her staff, however, are ridiculous. They never call back, I've had to call and follow up with them for every single appointment, every single test, every single prescription (even though Dr. Foster always says her assistant will contact me-- they never do). There needs to be better follow-through. Also, they don't pay attention while on the phone. They have thought I was someone else three times, and basically just want to get you off the phone without actually listening to what you are saying. They need to stop multitasking and FOCUS.

This physician wins the gold for her medical skill and concern for her patients. When she walks in the room I feel like the sun has come out. She wants to know about my whole body, not just the parts that hurt. She is not afraid to order the tests that will provide her an accurate diagnosis of the problem. When needed she makes referrals to outstanding colleagues. She is a warm and caring human being. I couldn't ask for a better rheumatologist.

I am so thankful for Dr. Uhrin-Fister! She is professional and kind. She’s a great listener and so knowledgeable. I’ve been to several other doctors and she is by far the best!
