The worst places to go for dentist. Front desk rude staff . Unprofessional, was waiting 4 months for an appointment then canceled on me the same day, then didn't want to do my routine cleaning because they are hustling for money. The are forcing me to do crowns and other stuff while I don't need that. Don't go to that place every time I go there is different doctor who gives you different recommendation. One of the worst experiences I had at this location.
They have worse customer service than Western …. Went in for a basic ortho consult and they wanted me to sign a waiver that would give up all rights to arbitration of any sort for anything resulting between the clinic and myself or my Daughter up to and including medical malpractice. I didn’t feel comfortable signing that, and even tho they said I could complete the paperwork after the consult, as soon as I told the manager I didn’t feel safe signing this document She changed her tone and said that they were going to be unable to complete the consultation if I didn’t sign the paperwork other dentists I’ve gone to haven’t made me sign away my rights like that, It made me feel like they didn’t stand behind their work The manager was extremely rude
Zero stars- this place is a joke. They don't even have a hygienist. My appointment kept being rescheduled by months at a time. I gave up. Don't bother. They don't even call you back.
I had such a great experience at AccuDental in Watsonville. The whole team was incredibly professional and thorough. I've had a lot of dental traumas/anxiety from past experiences, but the staff really set me at ease from the moment I arrived. Dr. Ghorbani was wonderful, and Bernice and Vanessa were so thoughtful and attentive throughout my visit. Lynnette at the front desk was also extremely helpful, kind, and informative. Such a great spot with genuinely caring people. I highly recommend them!
This is a one visit review to commend Dr. Roderick and the assistant Bernice. Knowledgeable, expert, kind
Went once and not going back! I went for a new patient consultation and I felt like the dentist and hygienist didn't have the time of day to talk to me and actually look at my teeth. The hygienist would ask me questions and walk away before I could answer. I told her I had a chipped tooth, and before looking at it, assumed it was a cavity (which it was not). And then the dentist looked at my x-rays and teeth for just a few minutes and recommended a deep clean and 2 crowns. She didn't say anything about the condition of my teeth (good or bad) or explain anything about why she was recommending a deep clean. One crown was for the chipped tooth and the other was for a root canal I got over 15 years ago (which no other dentist has ever said I needed a crown). For all this, it would have costed me over $3000 (after my insurance coverage). It's been a couple years since my last dental visit, but I practice good oral hygiene and found it hard to believe that I needed all this work done. Skeptical, I went to another reputable dentist that was recommended to me to get a second opinion, and they said I didn't need any of the work Accu Dental recommended - I just needed a regular cleaning and no crowns (they could just resin fill my chipped tooth). The only slight upside is that the front desk was friendly and helped me more than the actual dentist, but not by much. And calling their office was inconsistent too. If they picked up, then great, but if I left a message I would not get a call back. And between their office, confirmation texts, call back messages, and health forms, I would get text messages from 4 different phone numbers - which seems like a lot. Overall, I am not satisfied with the customer service of their entire office. And felt like they were just trying to upsell me on unnecessary dental work.
I have Delta dental and limited options of dentists taking my insurance. I used Western dental and was not happy with them at all, found this Accu Dental office and they are great! The staff from the front desk to the dentist to the hygienist are amazing! Quality care, clear communication about my treatments and payments and after 7 appointments (had to have a bunch of dental work done) never had to wait more than a few minutes and the prices of my part quoted the first appointment were exactly what I paid in the end! Also the dentist and hygienist took their time with me explained what they were doing and always checked to make sure I was comfortable! Highly recommended!
I made an appt for a dental emergency - I had a bad infection from an old root canal and it was swollen and extremely painful. When I got there, the first thing they did was proceed to take X-rays. I never asked for X-rays or wanted anything except to take care of my infection. However, the dentist insisted I did not have an infection but instead needed an extraction, bridge or implant and deep cleaning. My out-of-pocket cost was $2,463.50. And they still did NOTHING for my immediate concern for which I came in for. Two days later, my mouth hurts like crazy, even more swollen and I could not even eat. I just got back from Urgent Care where they treated me for a bad infection. This place is incompetent, and does not care about or listen to you as a patient - all they care about is your (and your insurance) money!
Very thorough and gentle cleaning!
Although the hygienist was great, Dr. Reddy and Dr. Kumar are far from it. Dr. Reddy gave me my first crown and the process itself was painful. Among other things she pushed back my gums in that tooth so much that while under the anesthesia I was still suffering. She seemed to feel that pain is just a part of the process. When I came back later in the week complaining of pain and sensitivity in that tooth, Dr. Reddy told me to use Sensodyne toothpaste for two months and guaranteed that the pain would subside. It has been 6 months now and I went back to have it checked, they did an X-ray and said that I have inflammation below the roots of that tooth and that I may need a root canal. I have never had pain with dental work before so I cannot get myself to go back to them. I have been paying $200 a month for that pain! I have to see another dentist now to see what can be done.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
