This was my worst visit experience. I called to schedule an appointment for me and my son, given that we both want same PCP. Young man taking my information down said there are not available appointments for months in advance, but I can come as a walk in. I stated I can't risk being not seen when I take a day off from work to see the doctor, he said to come on a Saturday. We drove 40 miles on Saturday morning to find the office being closed EVERY SATURDAY. We went to the clinic the sign stated we can go to when the office is closed. At that clinic we were told we will not be seen unless it is an absolute emergency. The receptionist asked me about my health problems in front of everyone, prior to even checking me in. I felt so uncomfortable, violate and more importantly, still, not seen by the doctor. Switching my PCP to someone who will schedule an appointment!
