Dennis Eguchi Inc's Online Review Report Card

Excellent experience. Dr Eguchi was the 4th dentist I saw about my problem and he fixed it. I had a problem tooth that needed a root canal back in February. I went to 3 different dentists, two of whom looked at the x-rays and said it was too difficult for them ( the canal was calcified and very hard to see ) I was then referred to the third dentist who specialized in root canals. He started the procedure and got to a point where he was not confident to continue. A friend highly recommended Dr Eguchi so I went to him. He was great. A very nice man who genuinely cares about his patients. Very thorough and explained all the options to me very clearly. The procedure was completely pain free. His office staff were very pleasant and went out of their way to find time for me.

Doctor Eguchi and his staff are the best. He saved two of my teeth from being extracted, after another dentist gave up. If you go to his office he will focus all of his attention on you. His skill, and empathy are top notch.

Dr. Eguchi is a Jedi Master. In addition to be highly skilled, he is also genuinely caring, professional, informative, and thorough. He helped me overcome my fear of going to the dentist, and tackled some complicated issues I had (in part) from a bicycle crash many years ago. Aurora runs an immaculate office, and takes care of all the dealings with my insurance with ease. Melanie is a Jedi in training, and she helped me to feel well cared for while assisting Dr. Eguchi. If you find yourself in need of an Endodontist, Dr. Eguchi and his team should be your first call. You will be well cared for, and treated with the upmost dignity.

As I said in Google this Dr is amazing and to the person that posted 4 years ago that Dennis needed to retire is so so wrong thos guy has a magical touch I'm serious I felt nothing during my entire procedure and this has never happened before for me. I was so nervous before but I have to mention hid front desk she is so super great as well she had all the information for me and she explained the entire process and I am super pleased with this entire group.

I'm very impressed by the expertise of everyone in his office. The front desk is super Friendly and so very thorough in her explanation of everything I was to expect. . Dr Eguchi is truly delightful and a expert at his field. I hate that I needed his help but I'm thankful He is here. Follow up I have to say that was the most painless dental visit I have ever had. This man has a amazing hand Thanks Doc!!!!!

WORST waiting experience of my life! I rushed everything to make sure I arrived on time to my scheduled appointment. However, my time was not respected AT ALL! they kept saying 10 more minutes and a few more minutes and it turned into 40 minutes!!!! I was more than frustrated and left when they said they were just preparing the room for me. Not to mention the receptionist expressed very little care and interest in having me as a client and did not even bother trying to reschedule. Not even the Dr. came out to check in on the situation given that I was in for a potential root canal and high discomfort. Very unwelcoming! a few days later Dr. Eguchi called to apologize for the wait and still did not even offer to make up for the disrespected appointment.

Dr.Eguchi did my root canal back in 2021 after that I don't feel anything pain In my teeth , he is very professional and kind person also his staff are very friendly and kind.

Old equipment, miss diagnosis had to have tooth pulled after major infection. His expertise has came and gone. Old like me. Time to move on.

Dr Eguchi is AWESOME!!! Ive had 3 root canals in the past 20+ years by him. He explains options.He explains the procedure as he goes. He gave me his cell # for after hours incase. He followed up the next day to see how I was doing. And the best part was no pain! I didnt feel a thing! Dr Eguchi and his staff are professional and caring.
