I have been going to Freedom Dental for years, over 20 years. I called today with a very painful tooth. He fit me in, and I was x rayed. Then He poked around the gum line and told me that I had a broken root. I asked for pain medication to hold me over until I could get it extracted and was denied. He offered antibiotics, and I said yes, (I didn't know it was infected). So I am allergic to 4 antibiotics. He prescribed one of those four. I went back into the office within 5 minutes and he was gone. I will be looking for another dentist. He does not care anymore.

Lleve a mi hijo por una endodoncia y una carilla todo fue muy bien servicio fue un total de cuatro citas , tienen todo muy organizado , ala hora q micitaban a esa hora pasaba , la recepcionista muy amable en todo momento y el doctor siempre resolvió mis dudas , y de su trabajo principalmente lo recomiendo 10/10

I was recommended this office by a friend and I am so happy we decided to come! My mom had a bad experience with another dentist, which is why we were looking for a new office. They were accommodating about the fact that my mom wanted me to be there with her during the exam with the Doctor, they let me explain to them what treatment my mom had previously, and they were very nice! Even the receptionists were very nice! I'm happy we found this place! The dentist also listened to all of my Moms concerns, which made me very happy after what she went through at the previous office.

I was referred by a friend here to do a root canal treatment. The staff are nice and friendly here. The doctor is really professional and finished my treatment within two hours without any discomfort and pain.

My son is no longer scarred of the dentist after coming here he's been cavity free for the last 3 years . He feels comfortable to go to the back by himself and he's only 6 ! A visit to the dentist isn't something to worry about anymore :)

Freedom Dental hours on the website is wrong. They are not open from 8am-6pm; It is actually 9am-5pm and they are closed on Thursdays and weekends. The dentist and hygienist are great but the customer service from the front office staff is poor. They lost my paperwork and made me wait for my items for months. The bad part is they never admitted to losing my paperwork. I called and stopped by multiple times and they kept failing to follow up with a response. I'm very disappointed with this office.

I would say the dentists are kind.It is a easy process when they do appointments.

Very great place!!! Explains everything before beginning walks through with your child before doing anything. Comes up with all plans before starting and makes very sure your kid is okay

I would honestly give this dental clinic a zero if I could. Number one, they charged me $150 dollars for poorly done x-rays. The clamps they put in your mouth taste of soap. After my x-ray , I was then told to sit in a chair and wait for the "dentist" didn't quite catch his name , we'll because he didn't introduce himself . He then proceeded to BANG on my teeth with a tool, UM , ya what?? That is so unprofessional , I have never had a dentist do something so absurd and painful and WRONG. Needless to say I wouldn't dare let this man or his staff touch my teeth ever again. I walked out before they could clean them ! Thank god . Save your money and go else where .
