It was my first time at Gallery Dental took my daughter for cleaning and check up and had a great experience very friendly staff and ,knowledgeable doctor I would highly recommend coming here I will definitely be back with family!

I used to really like this place so it's a shame that I now dread going. I don't know if there was a change of ownership, or they simply added more dentists. But last year I was scheduled for a filling with a dentist I had never met, she left residue on my tooth because it was not filed properly. I told her and she said it would go away. It didn't. And I couldn't get it shaved down until my next visit, months later. My cleanings used to be very thorough and took more time, now they are shorter and my teeth don't feel as clean. They always have to reschedule me, and they do it the day before which is frustrating because I have to request PTO for these appointments. Lastly, I really hate the 7% charge on cards, I think it's ridiculous. I have never been to a place with such a high rate. I was also told I needed a procedure that was at first around $2000 dollars. When I saved up enough and called to schedule it, they estimated almost 4k out of pocket. I said no, and they called me almost daily for a week asking about it, reiterating that they needed a $1000 down payment. All my experiences have left a bad taste in my mouth. They are wishy-washy, and I don't like the quality of care they give my teeth. Its sad, but I hope I can find a different dentist this year.

The entire team is incredibly professional and welcoming. From the front desk to the chair, the coordination was top-tier. I had a great experience they explained every step of the procedure. It really put my mind at ease. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking expert dental services.

I hate to leave a negative review because I once highly recommended this practice, but since the change in ownership the quality of care and communication has gone downhill. Calls that were once returned promptly now take a week, if at all, and scheduling has become extremely frustrating. While some front office staff are kind, Erlinda is often rude. We were never notified of the ownership change and I was unexpectedly scheduled with a new dentist (Dr. Khera), as was my husband, who placed a filling on a crown that failed within two weeks. She also did a cleaning that lasted only a few minutes and consisted of minimal poking around. It felt like nothing was done. The previous hygienist was thorough, and my teeth always felt extremely clean afterward; unfortunately, that hygienist no longer works there. My original dentist, Dr. Mukundan, later confirmed the crown needed replacement and a filing was not appropriate. After months of delays and multiple reschedules, the new crown that was placed is far too large and has left me unable to chew on that side. Another dentist has since confirmed this. I’ve tried repeatedly to follow up with Dr. Mukundan, but appointments were pushed back. The blame was placed on me for one appointment I had to reschedule for not wanting to see the dentist who performed the failed work. My husband and I have both had appointments rescheduled repeatedly this year, often with little or no notice. I started my crown work in March, had the crown replacement done in October and have not been able to be seen to address my concerns. My husband was told he needed extensive dental work here from Dr. Phera, only to be told by another dentist that everything was fine. We no longer trust this office and have gone elsewhere.

I want to reserve my comments until the final crown is delivered and put in. It was much better than my last 4 visits to replace the same crown. But so far the workmanship and attention to detail today has been very good

I had an amazing experience at this dentist. The dentist was thorough, gentle, polite, informed me before she probed in my mouth. She was professional and great in what she does. The dental assistant was also great! I would highly recommend this dentist and I’d like to come back to get other procedures done!

The dentist is ok, definitely not great. My biggest issue with this place is that they will call you last minute to cancel your appointment because their dentist decides that they have something better to do. Then they won't offer you an appointment at a time that works for your schedule for months (despite that you made this appointment 6 months in advance). They don't care. This happened to me twice and to my husband as well. Once is understandable but it is a pattern here and then they won't fit you in after they've cancelled your appointment. Plenty other options out there than to go here as nothing is great about this place to begin with.
